Very busy location but staff is always friendly in the morning! One morning in particular they had a breaker blow and couldn’t take food orders for a bit but they handled it so well. I didn’t get any names but the staff was great. Their good mood kept everyone who was in line in a good mood as well.
This Dunkin has the iconic pink and orange stools and chairs, which I love! A great spot for a coffee date, play date, quick lunch date, or to just chill with one of their delicious, frozen drinks
They almost always have only one person work the walk up counter inside and this person also handles online orders.
This means one person takes orders in person, responds to online orders, prepares the food, and makes the drinks. This person is overwhelmed, and the waits are extremely long.
