Ordered a sandwich got a donut and had to turn back around to get my sandwich. Girl who gave me my order asked for my receipt as if she didn't just see me 2 minutes before. Idk if she's new, she was polite about it all but still. 2 minutes passed and you don't remember.Their drive thru is very hard left with bare minimum space with multiple cars in line to turn left so I gave it a 0 rating.
Hit or miss. This morning I ordered a cortado and the lady said "we don't carry those here" LOL it's literally just espresso and milk. Also you often have to wait a very long time. Go somewhere else, chains like this stink.

It's now been multiple times including this morning where I've ordered something and it's been left off the order, and I don't find out until I get to work more than 15 minutes away. It's annoying and it's the closest one to me so besides complaining every time like a Karen, which I don't want to do, I don't know how else it'll change.
