I went here this morning on my way to my daughters appointment & its the second time I have visited this location. I just wanted to say that the employees that work here are compassionate & friendly. The place is so clean and well-kept. The girl who answered the headset and the man at the window were both soooo very sweet and inviting. I had a rough two days & it sounds so simple but It made my start to my day so much better & I just wanted to let them know it didn't go unrecognized...read full review

This review is for the Starbucks on Saratoga Rd in Scotia Glenville. Antonio took care of us and he was outstanding. He was genuinely friendly, worked quickly, and made all three of our drinks perfectly. Everything tasted exactly how it should, which is not always a guarantee at busy locations.
What really stood out was that he had a little extra left over and offered it to us instead of just tossing it out like most employees do. That small gesture honestly made our day....read full review

This Starbucks location is known for its excellent customer service. The friendly and welcoming staff, including pleasant employees, create a warm atmosphere. Customers feel very welcomed, and the staff treat you so well. If issues arise with drinks, they're happy to redo them with a smile. The efficiency of service is noted, and they always make sure you get exactly what you asked for. This location has the NICEST employees, and the experience is the best. Even during the height of morning rush hour, customers are in and out of the drive-thru quickly, with orders being correct. The consistency of beverage is also a highlight.
