The best Starbucks around. Excellent customer service. Staff is so friendly and welcoming. I usually do a mobile order and they always say hi and have a nice day when running in to grab it. Most other locations don’t acknowledge you at all when picking up and order. Occasionally my drink may not taste right but they are always happy (they probably aren’t really happy but they act it at least!) to redo it.

The drive through attendant told my husband his card had “expired “! The card when I contacted corporate had over $12 on it. I called and was brushed off with the response “ we have tech problems all the time on our drive through “. Asked what do they intend to due to compensate my husband for their problem? The response was “ there’s nothing we can do after the cash was tendered.” Wow!! This is not what I expected from a gold card holder with Starbucks.

I think this is the best Starbucks I’ve been to. The drive thru line was long, but moving so fast. I think it only took me about 5 mins from entering the line to leaving. The barista that was at the drive thru window, Katie, was so sweet and welcoming. She definitely put a smile on my face.
