Coffee is always fresh, donuts are usually fresh. The one time I did get burnt coffee and a super stale donut, they switched them out with a smile and a "sorry about that". Drive thru is always on point. I really enjoy this location!

They kept trying to give me iced coffees when I had ordered a spiced cookie hot coffee. Eventually someone got tired of me sitting in the drive thru and at least got me a plain hot coffee, which was fine, but they aren't great at keeping track of orders.

The work ethic of this establishment has hit an all-time low. When you have 3 people handling your order and they can't give you the correct change, get a single donut order correct, or get you on your way through the drive-thru in less than 15 minutes maybe it's time to start putting the vapes and air pods and phones away again. I will be emphatically avoiding this location/franchise for the foreseeable future as this is not my first atrocious experience here.

Excellent service. Don’t know what the issues were before on some of these reviews but trust me, that’s not a problem now. Present staff is great in all regards! Get your Dunkin fix at a modern Dunkin, not one tucked away in a gas station practically across the street.

I cant figure out how their rating is so low. This Dunkin is the BEST I have ever ordered from! The drive thru ladies are always cheerful and friendly. They are a few cents more than some Dunkins but they are always busy.Please for the love of GOD, if you place a large order...DO NOT use the drive thru if you are able to walk!

This used to be a well run establishment, but after a remodel in the fall of '21, that all changed. I can not be heard nor hear at the drive thru speaker, causing orders to be wrong. Staff is rude and lackadaisical. I now go to another location 2 miles away to get better service.

This was supposed to be a grilled cheese but the bread was raw and the cheese in the middle was unmelted, solid and cold. Disappointed because a grilled cheese just needs to be grilled properly to be delicious

Very, very, extremely, extremely slow. Not enough staff, assuming, unfortunately. Although I did see five employees. If I ordered online,and came in to pick it up I would have got my coffee and donut quicker than standing there for 25 minutes. I wanted to leave so many times but I wanted a coffee.
