“I am picky but my order usually consists of a chocolate shake wirh banana whipped cream and oreos with grilled cheese. They are obviously pricey, but at this location, you are getting what you pay for and then some. You do have to wait a little longer, but I dont mind since the food is so delicious. They never disappoint. I've gotten stuff missing from my order, but they do a really good job at giving you your food. They care a lot about their customers, and they are very accommodating. Not only with the food but with wheelchairs. They keep their inside and outside dining areas very very clean.“

“My husband and I chose to eat lunch at Glenville Applebee’s today. We had an amazing server named Sarah! The restaurant was short-staffed, but she made up for it as best she could. She brought a smile and a happy demeanor every time she came to our table or was serving another table.
While we were finishing our meal, Sarah discovered that a group of people walked out without paying their bill. Although obviously upset about it, she handled the matter professionally.
Not only should Sarah see a financial “thank you” come her way, She should TRAIN other servers how to exhibit GRACE UNDER PRESSURE. My husband and I were greatly impressed.“

“Oh I'm gonna be regretting this decision tomorrow.Was here last week and saw that loaded nacho chicken sandwich with queso fries, and I was like: "Oh my." So of course I had to try them, a week later and I also gain the courage to add the ghost pepper chicken sandwich with the matching fries, you know, to make sure I tried all the newest items on the menu. As a backup plan to that ghost pepper spice I also tacked on a frosty, originally going for the pumpkin spice but I later found out they had just changed out to the peppermint. No big loss I thought.Ordered online which was weird, because unlike other joints there is no way to place a pickup time and that's because they do not start making your meal until you show up. So while you can pay ahead and order it all to your specifications, like adding pickles, extra lettuce, etc, you might need to wait around once you get there if your customized order is large enough. As for me, the wait was close to 5 minutes, and all I did was remove the tomatoes, add onions, pickles, and extra lettuce.When I got home and opened it all up I wasn't blown away by the visual appeal for sure, it all looked pretty mundane, but how was the taste? Well the ghost pepper chicken sandwich was spicy, after eating half the sandwich that is. It's a build up spice in this case, so don't be fooled by your initial few nibbles. The matching fries reminded me heavily of flaming hot cheetos, but they too had the same build up effect. The loaded nacho chicken sandwich was by far the tastier of the two, but maybe it was because I was so excited for it, that my hype was not met. It was ok, but nothing to write home about. Worse yet the queso fries were just a mess, with the cheese topping having solidified into this ball of wet potatos. The queso was just slimy and not spread across the fries, leaving a good 20% totally dry. As for the peppermint frosty, it was alright, helped combat the spice of the ghost pepper, but compared to the pumpkin spice one they just had, it was the lesser. Very vanilla, not much peppermint.A meal of ups and downs for sure, but as I sit here full, satisfied, I'm not upset with my purchase or even unhappy at the $29 I spent. Just a good reminder that fast food does what it needs to, fills you up but won't wow you per-say.“

“I was hesitant to go because friends warned me it was expensive, but $10 for a chicken sandwich meal and $5 for a shake is pretty standard for this area. The food was delicious, the staff was friendly, and the interior is fun and bright. Overall I really enjoyed my experience.
Update: My daughter and I have been back multiple times and they have been great every time!“

“My family came for dinner. The food was so delicious. Our service was excellent. I had my baby on my lap and he spilled my entire glass of water everywhere. The waitress immediately cleaned it up and moved his infant seat by the wood fire so it would dry. I was impressed with top notch service!“

“I love this place and there food is amazing today I came in around 12 and was there for 45 Minutes and I got a large Shake strawberry and banana and was large and got small and my Burger was supposed too be a tripple and not double I got work fries I love this place but because they was so so so busy that cuz they didn’t have enough working I didn’t wanna say something but ended up late too where I was going because such a long wait other then that the food is amazing one my Favorite“

“Bella is an excellent employee ! So much so that I asked what her name was. She was so pleasant and outgoing. we saw her going around greeting every guest and asking how the food was. In a world full of people who hate working it was refreshing to see her great attitude.“

“Manager is nice, staff is really nice, Very clean place, and food is awesome, Wraps are wrapped very tight and the wraps are saucy, also the fries are not extremely salty. I LOVE THIS BK! “For a 'fast food' burger chain Five Guys delivered. Sure I can make a better burger at home but that isn't always an option when you are on the go. The staff at the store was amazing and flawlessly accommodated a very large order and I truly appreciate their efforts. They are a bit on the expensive side but I, myself find it worth the elevated price point. Very clean store and detailed menu.“
