This is the second time in a row that I had to wait for my spicy chicken sandwiches and fries. Last time I got asked to pull forward and wait 5 minutes. This time I had to wait nearly 10 minutes. Not too bad you say… I ordered 5 minutes ahead on the app. The reason I am leaving a review though is the employee say sorry, fresh sandwiches take 6 minutes. Why order ahead I should have asked. I’m going to look for another location.
You guys really burnt my fries so bad that it would have been easier to chew on asphalt. I don’t know how you served them. I ate one fry and tossed them. I never see the same person working at this place accept an older lady and she’s phenomenal. She normally works the drive thru.
This Wendy's is a really good example of what a fast food location should be. The people who work here are very nice and friendly and the food actually looks like the pictures.
There's plenty of seating, ketchup in self serve cups, and a self serve soda machine. People eat in the dining room. The bathroom is clean.

Wendy's is a typical fast food restaurant with a dated atmosphere. The food can be overpriced. Most of the time the food comes out hot and is actually very delicious. The staff is nice and was able to accommodate a very strict gluten-free diet. The new manager is very intelligent and speaks both languages. Ordering online was a bit inconvenient as the meal is only made once the customer arrives, leading to a short wait time for customized orders. Overall, Wendy's offers typical fast food that fills you up but may not wow you.
