“We drove most of the day for a medical appointment and were looking for a place to dine late at night, my wife and I have worked in the restaurant/hospitality business for over 30 years, so we know what it's like for the staff to get customers close to closing, after asking if it would be a "bother" to seat us, we were met with mixed reactions, none of them were poor, but no one was excited to have 9 o'clock guest when they close at 10, both the service and atmosphere this visit would have been rated better if our welcome and visit would have been warmly welcomed. The ladies in the shop are super friendly and make a point to know all their customers -- who are also pretty sweet and add to the inviting neighborhood hangout vibes.
