Usually if we are ordering regular food we eat in and if we’re ordering ice cream we either go pick it up or we have GrubHub deliver it. “I am basing this review after we got our food. My daughter and I went to Sonic on Thursday night (we got there around 8:00). As I tend to do with new places, I will download the app to order on the app, which is what I did. I placed the order and paid and followed the directions. I went to stall 3 and we sat for about 25 minutes. I tried calling, but no answer. I then tried to go inside, but they close the doors at 8:00, this was close to 8:30. Then a worker was walking by and I asked for help. She said she would follow up, but did not come out. So after waiting another 5 to 10 minutes, we went to the drive thru. I told the worker the situation and he was very professional and said to pull up and will take care of us. We pulled up and I saw the other worker preparing our drinks. They ended up giving us another order of chicken tenders and gave us large onion rings and drinks (instead of medium that I ordered). The food was fresh and actually the extra chicken tenders made my daughter's night, so the reason for the review. I will definitely give this location another try. They were down at least one person, so I get it.“
“Ohhh there really is nothing like a fresh donut! With Duck donuts, the donuts are super fresh, and there are so many options to choose from. I felt overwhelmed when I walked in, but there were tons of great suggestions. It was mid afternoon on a weekday when I stopped in, so there wasn't much traffic, but the staff was very helpful. The iced coffee was strong, and my donut was delicious. Wish we had a spot like this downstate!“
“Good mooring! Are you craving some delicious ice cream?! The perfect spot to satisfy the cravings is here. The parking is street parking, but I always find parking no matter when I go. When you first enter the store, it gives you a warm vibe, which is perfect for eating ice cream! I went when it was high noon. When I got to the counter, Sam greeted me right away, and she offered excellent suggestions. It took me a while to decide on what to get because the menu has unique names. Sam offered me samples, which helped me make my decision. She was very professional even though I was standing there for a while, trying to decide what to get with asking for multiple samples. In my personal experience, some people get impatient when you can't decide right away. You can't go wrong with any flavor! The ice cream was super tasty and amazing. The seating area is very cozy and organized. It feels like you got teleported to your living room. One thing that caught my eye was the chess board on the table. Make sure to clean up after yourself because we all know you don't leave garbage around in your living room. Overall, I have to say the experience was amazing because of Sam. Shout out to Sam!“
