“The Dutch Udder is the BEST ice cream shop in the Cap Region hands down. The ice cream is produced in small batches so flavor selections are always changing.*dont worry, there are 6 staples offered 24/7. Some flavor combo's are surprisingly stange, but work! Others, flat out home runs!! Pistachio and Bacon Burbon Butter Pecan are my two current favorites. Look forward to tasting new favorites. Owners and staff are incredibly hospitality.“

“My daughter works a few doors away from this location, so I often stop in while I'm waiting for my daughter to get off of work. I always get great service, the staff is super friendly, and it's very clean inside. Even when I no longer have to pick my daughter up from work, I will definitely keep coming back. It's my favorite place to get ice cream.“

“TALK ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I didn’t realize they closed at 9, and I walked in with my two girls at 9:02pm. It was a rough night with some tears so we were hoping some froyo would be just the fix we needed. The two women working were mopping the floors and closing up for the night but INSISTED that we get our froyo fix despite the fact that they were actually closed. They couldn’t have been nicer and I felt SO BAD but they promised we weren’t inconveniencing them at all. I was beyond impressed with the customer service and work ethic. We will 100% be back to this location for the simple fact that they were so incredibly kind to us. THANK YOU! You made our night!“

“Picked up some Boozy Moo ice cream at the Schenectady Farmers Market. I got the Kentucky Butter Pecan and the Whiskey Netflix and Chill. The Kentucky Butter Pecan is awesome!! It is the perfect blend of liquor and butter pecan ice cream. The Whiskey, Netflix and Chill?? Oh my gosh!! One can DEFINITELY taste the whiskey!! Both are delicious!! Will definitely be trying more flavors and going to the location in Albany.“

“We went here on a late Sunday night. You order at the window and there are cute plenty of seating areas outside.
I believe the owner or manager was there training a new employee we were there. He was nice and patient with us. Service was good.
We thought the ice cream were hit or miss.“

“I believe this was 2024 in late fall. Happen to be next door at the roller skating rink for a bit. Afterwards my group wanted ice cream. I decided to join, just to keep them company. They happen to see that they had a dairy free option. I don’t recall the flavor but definitely remember it being good. Even on a cold night. Sorry, no picture but next time I go I’ll get one. “it's a very nice place to go quickly with the family and have a sweet treat. We noticed this yr that the staff were a bit stingy with the ice-cream. not as generous portions of soft serve as they usually used to give. but overall close home and quick stop.“

“Absolutely delicious. I've only had boba once before (at a different location) and it was so...bland? I didn't like it. I tried this place out on a whim with my friends and I was shocked! It knocked it out of the park in regards to taste. I got a milk tea with boba but it was so delicious that I'm still thinking about it! If you want boba go here. If you're nearby, get boba! I cannot hype this place up enough“

It is part of the historic Jericho Drive-In.

“This is the best ice cream around… anyone saying it’s not good is truly just used to low grade ice cream. The ice cream is made in house with high quality ingredients. As far as anyone talking about pricing, check out any of the other places.. pirates pricing is on par with their competitors, with a better product, and more generous portions.“

“Ice cream is great, I love the chocolate twist..but I do hope they are taking care of the cows. I understand dairy cows are naturally leaner but I’ve seen them concerningly thin..also there’s a growth like area on one cow with an open wound with flies landing on it and I hope it will be taken care of.“
