30 Best Pizza Restaurants in Troy

“Wow, what an awesome find! I have never been to Troy before but was here visiting my friend who recently moved. We decided to order from a local shop that delivered a menu to his address.

We ordered a large 3 topping pizza, wings, and two Appetizers. Pricing was considerably more affordable to what I’m used to in CT/MA.

The food was ready in 15-20 minutes! When we arrived to pick up the food just seeing their shop was awesome! Very bright, colorful, and artistic. Upon entering the pizzeria I was impressed to see they have so many premium pizzas sold by the slice as well.

The owner/workers at the pizzeria seemed happy to be there and were pleasant to deal with while waiting 1-2 minutes for our food.

As for the food details the pizza was very good. Nice big tasty bone in wings as well. Their pickle fries and jalapeño poppers are incredibly delicious!! Overall I am both impressed and beyond satisfied at the quality, and affordability of our food and service from big Apple.

I’ll include a few photo’s of all the food we got. I’m definitely coming back here to visit my buddy soon and go back to the pizzeria!! Overall 10/10 experience.

“Ordered an 8 cut Christina pizza and medium heat boneless wings. Pizza and boneless wings were good, but there was no basil on the pizza. And its a white pizza, so there wasn't any basil tomato sauce either. I was looking forward to the basil too.“

“We love their pizza. Ordered from them last night for delivery, the pizza was running a little late but we didn’t notice. Much to our surprise, the delivery driver had 2 pizzas. There was a mistake on the pizza we ordered so they corrected it and gave us the mistake pie. Completely unnecessary but, we were able to feed some friends as well. Thank you. Pro tip: get their homemade bleu cheese.“

“When I tell you, and listen carefully- these stuffed shells are literally the BEST stuffed shells I have ever had in the entirety of my 27 years of existence. I can’t believe I didn’t have to pay $25 for this because it’s worth $25+, and I would pay that, to experience the feeling I got upon taking the first bite. I was in pure awe. “We recently celebrated our 49th wedding anniversary, which was a good choice. We found the staff to be polite and friendly from when we entered until we left two hours later. The environment was pleasant and easy with a touch of class. The half-chicken "Picata" ordered was "mm-hmm good" served with an exquisitely savory sauce, prepared by Chef Jake, who is a rising star and a compliment to Troy's fine dining experience. My wife and I also appreciated and thought it "cool" that the owner "Vic" took the time to talk with us. Enjoyable evening and location!!!“

“Bacchus has been the best most under-rated pizza in the area…in NY..for years. However something changed recently. I don’t know if it was a one-off but their flour or dough changed. Not in a good way. What happened?!?“

“One of the few places you can halal pizza. We ordered the Mexican chicken pizza and it was super flavorful and spicy. Their other items like the quesadillas are really good too. My only gripe is that their hours seems to be random now, they used to be open everyday from 11 am to 11 pm and now most days I drive by, they're closed. It might be due to lack of staffing and it being a weird location, but you shouldn't sleep on this place.“

“We ordered about 50 minutes prior to closing through Uber Eats for pick up. The chicken parm sub was really good. The bread is a key factor, the cutlet was on the thicker side but really delicious. The sauce was also really great. I felt like the portions were fair for the price. I was disappointed to see the sausage parm hero had the ground sausage balls on it and not an actual sliced Italian sausage link. I will certainly go back for the chicken parm hero and I’m curious to try some other items from here. I hope they consider upgrading the sausage! I’d gladly pay $15.99 for a real link.“

“Outside of this place.. Not such a beautiful part of Troy.. Inside, definitely a vibe. Its sweet and homey, the waiter was an absolute doll, the food was delicious and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Definitely advise making a reservation because they do clearly book up fast. My only nit pick is that did take a bit for the food to come out.. We got the appetizer at the same time as our entre but we at least were still on time for our event we were going to.“

“My new goto for Pizza. Best Pizza in the Area. I had no idea Deli and Brew's Pizza was so Good! Great crispy Crust with Sweet authentic sauce and fresh ingredients. Basic cheese pizza is great and their specialty pizzas are just as good. Definitely a must try. 👍🍕“

“Ordered fettuccine Alfredo with broccoli, server moved extremely fast while handling multiple parties in moderate noise environment. Server had great memory and communicated very well with all age groups at the table and helped provide a pleasant experience to what could have been a more chaotic situation. “I went there tonight for the first time...ordered my pizza in house, waited the stated time, went back in, paid and enjoyed it out in the car..the establishment has a spacious lot for customers...had heard of Dante's pizzas awhile back...decided to finally take a drive out (I live about 40 minutes from there)... I must say, I was impressed. in particular, was the freshness of what I was eating [8 cut pepperoni, mushroom and hot peppers)..the sauce was balanced and on point. the peppers were in two rich varieties, appeared to be freshly sliced, and pepperoni was a tasty, mild Margherita style that was generously offered. I've had pizza from a good number of well-respected pizza places in the capital region- and this pizza had had a very nice composition and the crust was nearly perfect in every way.. It had the proper donenese, the nice receding gumline that floated away to Fluffy, pillow like outer crust. The crust had a good crisp to it but not overly done...just overall great balance with finer ingredients for sure...I will definitely go back again. I would say that this pizza can compete with some of the most popular pizzeria's in the Tri -city area. I really believe that!!.. it was really good... in my opinion.“

“If you're ever here I hope you deal with Ashley. Had an order set for 7:15pm we had added something to the order about 10 mins after we hit the check out and as I got there she was in BOSS mode. Orders flying out there door, she was polite, prompt and hustling in there. There was confusion in the kitchen with some of the orders but she figured it out and got 3 customers out the door satisfied. Food was hot, fresh and right on time for when I walked in.
