“We have been enjoying Fatty's for the last couple of weeks. we have been ordering from a third party delivery service .I noticed they wrote me a nice note thanking me for the order but also suggesting a call to the store for delivery . I was so impressed that they would rather me save money than going through a third party delivery service . unfortunately I don't live within there delivery range but such a great gesture . “My dad used to work in downtown Albany and would bring home the most amazing rolls from Nino's Bakery when I was young. My husband and I recently went to find those same rolls that would stand up to meatball subs, Philly cheesesteaks, and such.. “I ordered garlic, Parmesan wings from Dutch's Place for lunch today. The wings were even more tender than any other place I have tasted them. And the garlic and Parmesan permeated the wings as well. The only thing missing was the blue cheese sauce. I called Dutch's and they said that I didn't have it listed on my order. I then checked my phone, saw that it was indeed on my order and called GrubHub to confirm it, indeed it was on the order they had. It would've been an extra boost to the wings, which needed no additional support, but would've kicked things up a lot . GrubHub gave me $3.24 off of the bill because of this which was pretty nice. “This place almost has a neighborhood bar feel to it. Simple and classic bar food. The biggest positive is the prices for the food and drink. We had a burger, sandwich and a small pizza which were all fine plus a few drinks and the bill was $20 less than expected. Add in great golf cart views and we will be back.“

They stay busy but the service is timely and the servers check up frequently to ensure I have all I need. I enjoy the lighting as it's not too overpowering which I am sensitive to. The owner is friendly and can be seen chatting with people who are regulars which just goes to show it has the homey, family feel, very personalized. The servers know my order because I consistently get the same thing and dine there so often which is not necessary but sweet. You won't be disappointed - try the pizza and if that's not for you then the bruschetta or focaccia with ricotta, they're all delicious. The Romano family has won their customers' loyalty with great service & consistently good pizza. We were early and there were two seats open at the bar. So the bartender Tony moved our reservation to there. The bar works nicely for us here. Thanks Tony. We ordered a wine ($7) & a local craft beer,Jack's Abbey on draft ($9) while we looked over the menu. The Fountain makes great pizza, but tonight just wasn't a pizza night for us. My bride had a small Caesar salad w/ chicken ($10) right size for her. The large is not an exaggeration. I had the caprese sandwich-Fresh Mozzarella, Tomato, Basil, EVOO & Balsamic Glaze on Ciabatta bread ($11) Note: you can add chicken breast or eggplant for $4. more. Very good sandwich. In my opinion, this sandwich would be even better w/ some pesto spread on the ciabatta. Still a very good dining experience.
