“Drove past last night and noticed that they were opened. I have read online that their hours were a bit unpredictable, so it must have been my lucky day. Ordered the Gregorio personal pizza and was both satisfied and impressed. I often comment that after 30+ years in the capital district I do not have a "go to" pizza place; that may very well have just changed!“

“Very large and filling slice. It melts just right and is served hot. It's a bit more than 3$ a slice.

The place being a few minutes walk from the bus terminal makes it very worth it for someone passing through. Great customer service from the owner too.

There are a few seats inside to eat. Very hot inside but most people probably take to go.

Its the best place for a quick and cheap meal in this city.“

“This place is so nice and the guy they had out front was awesome. Very friendly and good at making conversation that was appropriate for the situation. As soon as we walked in I could smell how good this place was going to be. The overall atmosphere was a really nice mix of casual and more upscale. Very nice seating arrangements and I loved the nice blue fake fire place. I would definitely recommend them. We also went during a time when it was not very busy about 4pm yet there were still a handful of tables full despite the unpopular time.“

“I went there for the first time today. I ordered the two medium cheese pizzas for $13.99...great price for what you get. The pizza was very good, like a 4.7 on a scale of 5. I rounded up to 5 on my star review. The dough was crispy on the bottom and a little thicker than I like, but was perfect for the amount of sauce and cheese they put on it. It held up very well. The sauce has a really nice flavor...a little sweet, something I also like. They did not hold back on the cheese...The inside was clean and the young man behind the counter was very nice. I'll be back!“

“Went here with my mom, aunt, and both grandmas and we couldn’t have had a better time!! The chef and owner Ali spent so much time talking with us and was so personable, kind, and welcoming. My mom and aunt are visiting Italy in a few weeks and he even spent the time to give them travel ideas. We also spent more time with him doing the table side cacio e pepe. Not only did it taste SO GOOD but it was such a fun experience. Even my grandma said that she absolutely loved the food and had an amazing night (and that’s a HUGE compliment coming from her, she always complains when we go out to eat…). Everything was perfect and there’s nothing I would’ve changed . So grateful for Ali and the time he spent with us. My new favorite restaurant! We will be back soon for sure.“

“The staff are working hard and are very polite. Props to them because today it was the definition of peak customer traffic. Tonight however showed a need for restructuring to their workflow and organisation to compensate for these peak times.

Many other reviews point out that they receive collection notifications, but it’s automatic so it doesn’t reflect the real time status.
Another point would be that the order wait times can be presented/predicted ahead via current and past sales data.

“First time here and I will definitely be back. The two gentlemen working were good guys. The one guy working the front of the house had me laughing and had a good conversation with him. The pizza was delicious. I tried the tomato and eggplant and a mushroom slice. Thin crust perfect amount of cheese and sauce. The England Norway game was on. Quarter finals. The people coming in were nice and the atmosphere was definitely chill and welcoming. I will be back and definitely recommend this pizza.“

“I have ben to few Sbarro's, as far away as Nassau, Bahamas. the producte are consistent. I do like the pizza, new york style and Sicilian . Usually when. in colonie center I get ziti to go . After I pay I usually look at the wide pizza selection and enjoy it vicariously . The other things look good. As a good italian, who has done many reviews. As many as I come across. Sbarro's new ork style is quite good and if I was hungry for pizza, I would not pass it up .“

“Paesans < Milano. Judgements in. The Fresh margarita slices and lots of basil got the top score in a comparison to paesans. Gf and I are trying all the pizza places around. Got a few slices from both. While I preferred the crust on Paesans. Gf liked Milano more. Paesans has a better selection of weird slices. Milano is more traditional.“

“My group stopped in from out of town and had such a great experience! My dad is very particular about his food, especially when it comes to wings, and he was so impressed! Since he lives in Buffalo, he has a hard time eating chicken wings out of town, and he found that the wings here were just as good! He also absolutely loved the pizza. On top of the amazing food, our server Jackie was incredible. She was friendly and provided great service which made the experience even better. If you’re in the area, I would definitely recommend stopping here. We’ll for sure be back next time we’re in town!“

“Have ordered a few times since I moved nearby. Thin crust, not overly saucy not too greasy have had both white pies and a pepperoni. Enjoyable and not far from the NYC pizza I grew up with and have missed since living in Albany and Troy.The hours are the only reason I don't order more often. “Its date night , so we stopped for dinner before the STYX concert and our waiter Shawn ( Sean?) was superb ! Ordered a Peach Bellini that was dynamite ! Like a frozen dessert ! Hubby had a pineapple mule that was stupendous also . The fish tacos were very good ...texture and taste were spot on . The fish and chips were excellent . The fried fish was delightfully light , not heavy . The coleslaw was bland but everything else was yummy . And finally, we had to get dessert . Decided on pineapple upside down cheesecake . Absolutely fabulously delicious!“
