I can't tell you how many times I will have cash on me but hate to place orders over the phone, I'm someone who has to look at the menu as I'm ordering. “My wife recently had to go gluten free, and we have been trying to find a good place to easily get breakfast for a date. We happened to find Birch Baked with a Google search and checked it out. We were not disappointed! We each got a breakfast sandwich and a sweet treat (she got a cookie and I got a cider donut). The food was awesome!! If I didn't know everything was gluten free, I would have had no idea. We are definitely coming back to try out other things like their pizza, hot and cold sandwiches, and the owner told us they are starting a dinner night Thursdays and Fridays with lots of great options. “This place is often overlooked due to being inside the mall, but don't let that deter you because this is easily one of my favorite pizza places (and I've eaten pizza in approximately 50% of the states in America). Staff is always friendly, but not in that "it's my job to be friendly" way, it feels genuine like they care about what they do and it shows. Solid food all around but the pizzas are my main attraction. They're great when you buy em fresh, but also outstanding when you buy from the traditional reheated slice pies on display. “Love this quirky yet cozy and super-cool spot. A great thing about Troy is the old buildings there have cool nook-like spaces such as this. The wood fired wings were really good - not straight down the middle typical Buffalo wings, but very good (with top notch bleu cheese.). “Medium” had just the right amount of heat for us. He is extremely personable, answered all of my questions and had the quote over to me via text immediately after we spoke the first time and again when I later added mini cannolis to my order. He personally delivered the food to the venue and set up the chafing dishes. It was completely stress free. I returned them the next morning and he came out and got them from my car. Everyone raved about the food. I ordered chicken piccata, stuffed eggplant, rigatoni with sausage, roasted potatoes and green beans, along with delicious warm rolls with butter and of course the to die for cannolis. “I ordered garlic, Parmesan wings from Dutch's Place for lunch today. The wings were even more tender than any other place I have tasted them. And the garlic and Parmesan permeated the wings as well. The only thing missing was the blue cheese sauce. I called Dutch's and they said that I didn't have it listed on my order. I then checked my phone, saw that it was indeed on my order and called GrubHub to confirm it, indeed it was on the order they had. It would've been an extra boost to the wings, which needed no additional support, but would've kicked things up a lot . GrubHub gave me $3.24 off of the bill because of this which was pretty nice. Minus that though, everything was pretty good.“

The Burger was delicious it was cooked right and had chipotle mayo and bleu cheese crumbles on it and that was my first time trying chipotle mayo DELICIOUS. Their coconut shrimp is the best hands down and their sauce for it is rich with coconut and pineapple chunks. If you're ever in the area - it's a MUST go. It does get busy and they don't take reservations, but do have a waitlist. Service is great, never had a bad experience here.“

They stay busy but the service is timely and the servers check up frequently to ensure I have all I need. Regularly I dine alone but all friends I've brought with me have enjoyed it - especially the pizza. The inside is cute and the decorations are interesting. I enjoy the lighting as it's not too overpowering which I am sensitive to. The owner is friendly and can be seen chatting with people who are regulars which just goes to show it has the homey, family feel, very personalized. The servers know my order because I consistently get the same thing and dine there so often which is not necessary but sweet. You won't be disappointed - try the pizza and if that's not for you then the bruschetta or focaccia with ricotta, they're all delicious. For dessert I recommend the chocolate mousse - very sweet and rich but totally worth it!“
