“As someone who was diagnosed with celiac disease in my late 20’s it has been an adjustment, and traveling is nearly impossible it feels like. I work in healthcare and knowing I would be in the Albany area for a weekend I wanted to decrease my time in the kitchen, and try whatever food I could safely consume. I have little trust in reviewed gluten free restaurants or bakeries, due to not everyone being as sensitive as myself. When I came across this via the find me gluten free app, I know I had to try it. From the moment I walked in, to the moment I left and ate my sandwich I was amazed. The owner was kind and knowledgeable. I felt safe eating anything on the menu, and I honestly did not even know what to get! The menu had many items that I have not been able to eat in years since being diagnosed, but I went with the chicken Parmesan sandwich and got a pizza for later. Let me tell you, this was the best chicken Parmesan sandwich I have ever had, and this includes back to the time I was consuming gluten. It was fresh, had so much flavor, and the roll that it was on, TO DIE FOR! Everything was made fresh, and did not taste gluten free, made me a little scared, since most gluten free items are not the greatest tasting. The little donut holes are amazing! I can’t even describe them, they are soft and light like a fried dough, but the cinnamon on them, they just melt in your mouth without making you feel guilty for eating a donut! Literally the best pizza and pasta I’ve had in a long time. Pizza is like NYC style. Big menu, decent amount of tables, beer, great prices for big portions. We got 2 slices of pizza, chicken parm, pasta with vodka sauce for $35. The portions were huge. Just awesome food. “Food and service were good. Only side comment is that were at a high top which we requested which allowed for little room when packaging up food. We had appetizer, entrees and desert. With a carafe of water and a bottle of wine on the table it would have been nice if our leftovers were packaged by the waitress away from the table. Other then that we had a pleasurable experience.“
“This place is often overlooked due to being inside the mall, but don't let that deter you because this is easily one of my favorite pizza places (and I've eaten pizza in approximately 50% of the states in America). Staff is always friendly, but not in that "it's my job to be friendly" way, it feels genuine like they care about what they do and it shows. Solid food all around but the pizzas are my main attraction. They're great when you buy em fresh, but also outstanding when you buy from the traditional reheated slice pies on display. “Moved here from NYC and have finally found good pizza and real Italian food. The pizza has a delicious crust, not crispy enough, but properly proofed and the right amount of gluten. The sauce flavor is spot on. It is excellent pizza. The house salad is huge, fresh and has a nice mix of lettuces. We had the red pepper pesto and the pesto over linguini. The pasta is made fresh in-house, and they know how to make good sauces. The hangover cake is fantastic, it's a booze soaked pound cake and it it the perfect way to end a great meal. There is very limited seating, so call ahead to reserve a table. It reminds me of the places I grew up with in NYC.“

“Me and my boyfriend found this place over the summer and have been frequents of circle pizza ever since. The food prices are very fair and all the food is amazing every time. The staff is supper friendly and we never have an issue with the order. We have 4 kids and this place is very afordable. Our fave dish from them is the chicken over rice it’s always so fresh and so delicious. Today my son got an Oreo pie piece and that also was amazing. You can’t go wrong here. “We went to dinner at Scotti's recently and it was incredible. I had the Veal Gaetano and my wife had the Chicken with white wine. Both were superb ....the veal tender and perfectly cooked and the chicken moist and delicious. The sides broccoli and linguini were an excellent complement to our dinner. “From the moment I called Al to discuss catering for an event I was planning I was impressed. He is extremely personable, answered all of my questions and had the quote over to me via text immediately after we spoke the first time and again when I later added mini cannolis to my order. He personally delivered the food to the venue and set up the chafing dishes. It was completely stress free. I returned them the next morning and he came out and got them from my car. Everyone raved about the food. I ordered chicken piccata, stuffed eggplant, rigatoni with sausage, roasted potatoes and green beans, along with delicious warm rolls with butter and of course the to die for cannolis. Multiple people asked where I got the delicious food. I was delighted to tell them to call Al Patricelli. It’s great food for a reasonable price. The big plus is the service! “I ordered garlic, Parmesan wings from Dutch's Place for lunch today. The wings were even more tender than any other place I have tasted them. And the garlic and Parmesan permeated the wings as well. The only thing missing was the blue cheese sauce. I called Dutch's and they said that I didn't have it listed on my order. I then checked my phone, saw that it was indeed on my order and called GrubHub to confirm it, indeed it was on the order they had. It would've been an extra boost to the wings, which needed no additional support, but would've kicked things up a lot . GrubHub gave me $3.24 off of the bill because of this which was pretty nice. Minus that though, everything was pretty good.“

“I thought the pizza was really good compared to other local options. When I walked at 11:45 am on a Tuesday, the bar area was full of people while the rest of the restaurant appeared empty! Super noisy! Maybe there was an event or business party? Seemed like a good sign. Since I was picking up, I just walked over to the cash register and pulled out my cash, since there was a sign notifying you of a 3% surcharge on card charges. Pizza came out hot and smelling delicious! I ordered a large but since there is thick crust, and a 8-slice pizza, it seemed to be what a size medium would look like. The crust was flavorful and crispy on the bottom, but chewy on the sides and top. The crust was thick! There wasn't a lot of cheese grease dripping off, which is a good thing. I felt that the sauce was bland and not very thick, so a little disappointed about that but it wasn't a deal breaker. At $2.50 per topping, the toppings were well-distributed and fresh, so that was good. All in all a very good pizza. It was around $26 for a "large, three topping, 8-slice pizza, for take out" and we really enjoyed it especially since many of the other pizza places near Niskayuna/NE Schenectady are don't sell the style of pizza we like. I understand the positive reviews and happy to have discovered this place close to home.“

Their coconut shrimp is the best hands down and their sauce for it is rich with coconut and pineapple chunks. If you're ever in the area - it's a MUST go. It does get busy and they don't take reservations, but do have a waitlist. Service is great, never had a bad experience here.“
