“I thought I found my #1 pizza spot here upstate. This one tops them all, yup give me a nice hot greasy, dripping cheesy slice of pizza with a cold soda. I settled for orange soda since they didn't have Welches grape. 10 out of 10

This is real NEW YORK Style Pizza, even the restaurant setting gave back home.

“Had placed an order for a work party through mealeo and when I arrived to pick it up my order had never went through to the restaurant. The lady working was extremely apologetic and overall just had a wonderful attitude. She was able to get my food made and had me out of there in no time. Great service and great food!“

“I found this place in a Google search for gluten free dining. My husband has Celiac's and has to be careful when dining out. We were so grateful for all the GF choices and the dedicated GF fryer. We had the cheese sticks and they were amazing!! Our server, Steven, was knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. The prices are reasonable and the food was delicious!! We will definitely be back. We happened to be in the area but it's definitely worth the hour drive for us to get there. If you're GF or not you definitely need to eat there!!“

“Wow, what an awesome find! I have never been to Troy before but was here visiting my friend who recently moved. We decided to order from a local shop that delivered a menu to his address.

We ordered a large 3 topping pizza, wings, and two Appetizers. Pricing was considerably more affordable to what I’m used to in CT/MA.

The food was ready in 15-20 minutes! When we arrived to pick up the food just seeing their shop was awesome! Very bright, colorful, and artistic. Upon entering the pizzeria I was impressed to see they have so many premium pizzas sold by the slice as well.

The owner/workers at the pizzeria seemed happy to be there and were pleasant to deal with while waiting 1-2 minutes for our food.

As for the food details the pizza was very good. Nice big tasty bone in wings as well. Their pickle fries and jalapeño poppers are incredibly delicious!! Overall I am both impressed and beyond satisfied at the quality, and affordability of our food and service from big Apple.

I’ll include a few photo’s of all the food we got. I’m definitely coming back here to visit my buddy soon and go back to the pizzeria!! Overall 10/10 experience.

“Very large and filling slice. It melts just right and is served hot. It's a bit more than 3$ a slice.

The place being a few minutes walk from the bus terminal makes it very worth it for someone passing through. Great customer service from the owner too.

There are a few seats inside to eat. Very hot inside but most people probably take to go.

Its the best place for a quick and cheap meal in this city.“

“My husband and two of our friends went for dinner tonight. The drinks were on point, our calamari was delicious, I had the chicken Milanese which I loved, my husband had the casarecce. Our friends had the bolognese pasta dishes and we were all quite satisfied. Can’t wait to come back and try the pizzas!! Highly recommend!“

“I went there for the first time today. I ordered the two medium cheese pizzas for $13.99...great price for what you get. The pizza was very good, like a 4.7 on a scale of 5. I rounded up to 5 on my star review. The dough was crispy on the bottom and a little thicker than I like, but was perfect for the amount of sauce and cheese they put on it. It held up very well. The sauce has a really nice flavor...a little sweet, something I also like. They did not hold back on the cheese...The inside was clean and the young man behind the counter was very nice. “Went here with my mom, aunt, and both grandmas and we couldn’t have had a better time!! The chef and owner Ali spent so much time talking with us and was so personable, kind, and welcoming. My mom and aunt are visiting Italy in a few weeks and he even spent the time to give them travel ideas. We also spent more time with him doing the table side cacio e pepe. Not only did it taste SO GOOD but it was such a fun experience. Even my grandma said that she absolutely loved the food and had an amazing night (and that’s a HUGE compliment coming from her, she always complains when we go out to eat…). Everything was perfect and there’s nothing I would’ve changed . So grateful for Ali and the time he spent with us. My new favorite restaurant! We will be back soon for sure.“

I usually get their pizza special buy 2 slices and get free canned drink for $7 ( which is excellent with a lot of choices) but decided to get subs for the first time. I got Italian mix for myself and Turkey for bf. $10.99 each footlong. We usually get Mr Subb or Subway but these were as good if not better! Will definitely be getting subs there again.“

“Bacchus has been the best most under-rated pizza in the area…in NY..for years. However something changed recently. I don’t know if it was a one-off but their flour or dough changed. Not in a good way. What happened?!?“

“We recently celebrated our 49th wedding anniversary, which was a good choice. We found the staff to be polite and friendly from when we entered until we left two hours later. The environment was pleasant and easy with a touch of class. The half-chicken "Picata" ordered was "mm-hmm good" served with an exquisitely savory sauce, prepared by Chef Jake, who is a rising star and a compliment to Troy's fine dining experience. “The staff are working hard and are very polite. Props to them because today it was the definition of peak customer traffic. Tonight however showed a need for restructuring to their workflow and organisation to compensate for these peak times.

Many other reviews point out that they receive collection notifications, but it’s automatic so it doesn’t reflect the real time status.
Another point would be that the order wait times can be presented/predicted ahead via current and past sales data.
