The grilled chicken and tofu paired perfectly with the brown rice, but the real highlight was the sweet and spicy balance of pineapple and jalapenos. I really enjoyed the crunch from the almonds, sunflower seeds, and sesame seeds alongside the creamy avocado and crisp veggies.
