The place is small but the Burgers are tasty. We ordered a Vegan and Cheese burgers and the packaging, the taste, the filling, everything was spot on. There is a finesse to the taste that is hard to describe, you need to eat it to find the difference.
Everything a burger place wishes it could be. Excellent burgers, hand made fries and thick milk shakes. Honestly, I haven't had a burger that good in years. Fun atmosphere. Nostalgic packaging. I found this gem on the way home from the airport after a long flight and I'm delighted to know it's right in Troy. Herbie's is something special.

Vegan cheeseburger was melty delicious and the vegan vanilla shake was one of the best I've had from Herbie's - perfectly thick and creamy. The staff were friendly and fantastic. Love this place!
