Cool little restaurant. Small and unique menu . I heard really good things about the cheeseburger, so I tried it as is. I wasn’t a fan of it for a few reasons but would try it again ordering differently next time- with no house sauce, cooked medium rare. I’m usually down for a messy burger but this was saturated and soggy all around. The service was wonderful and the atmosphere was really cool, I dig the pink lighting. A very nice restaurant, but generally I don't enjoy their dinner menus. It's a bit too modern for my tastes with unusual and trendy dishes that seem to prioritize unusual ingredients over tasty dishes. That said, if you like that thing, they definitely do it well.I like stopping in for a burger or veggie burger at lunch, but their extended menu just isn't for me. The restaurant is run very well, staff is extremely professional, and the atmosphere is great.

Nighthawks is one of my favorite places to eat in Troy! The menu is fascinating and filled with bangers, and the staff is super friendly. I’ve had some of my all-time favorite dishes eating here.As a note—the attached photos (save for the one with the cod and greens, which I had last night and it was amazing) aren’t just from recent menus. I’ve been here a bunch of times and wanted to highlight some of my favorite meals there! By the way, get the opera cake for dessert.
