“If you want to have a great burger and fries, this is the place to do it! Great food and for as busy as this place can get, the service is pretty fast. Great quality fries and they always give extra. It is a bit expensive but as far as fast food goes; this is a step or two above the rest IMO.“

The folks preparing the food got the order correct -- yahoo. I'm pleased and will go back again. BTW, you have to know Wendy's sells fish sandwiches because it is not an option on the lighted board with numbered combos. I hope this helps.“

“Always treated well. Did is always what I expect from McDonald's. Lately they seem sorry staffed and take much longer to complete orders, but it's still always right and hot. They just need some help to get back to were they have been. Waiting sucks, but still getting your did right and hot feel rare, so it's still the best McDonald's in the Bethlehem area.“

“My favorite place in the area, as the food is always fresh and delicious! The portions are huge and Sal and his staff are amazing; he can come up with anything even if it’s not listed on the menu. They get busy with lunch rush from the hospital and still manage to get everyone in and out. I highly recommend their spicy falafel gyro! My daughter loves their chopped salmon and her best friend is obsessed with the chopped cheese sandwiches. It gives NYC deli vibes. I come here for lunch every week and have yet to leave unsatisfied. “I recently tried the Chicken Shawarma at Pizza Lab, and it exceeded my expectations! The chicken was tender, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. The fresh vegetables and delicious sauce complemented the wrap perfectly. Great portion size, quick service, and excellent quality. “Outside of this place.. Not such a beautiful part of Troy.. Inside, definitely a vibe. Its sweet and homey, the waiter was an absolute doll, the food was delicious and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Definitely advise making a reservation because they do clearly book up fast. My only nit pick is that did take a bit for the food to come out.. We got the appetizer at the same time as our entre but we at least were still on time for our event we were going to.“

“I went to this place to pick up breakfast for two. The place was very clean and bright and the staff was very attentive. I’m trying to diet so I got a poached egg on toast and it was great. Loved whatever they seasoned it with. The other party got a big breakfast: eggs hash browns, etc and was raving about it. Nice place !“

“Today I was at the Wolf Road location on my lunch. Unfortunately when I sat down I set my drink down on the edge of my try and it spilled everywhere! I went to the counter and asked for a towel to clean up my mess. The gentleman working the register told me he’d take care of it. He came over with a towel and smile then clean up the mess I had made. He even refilled my soda which he had no obligation to do. Sorry I didn’t grab his name but he had a red hat on and curly hair in the back. I’m sure you have people making constant messes that needed attending to but you wouldn’t have known by your reaction to my blunder. “I am very happy with my order. I ripped into the bag as soon as I got in my car. I grabbed some of the fries. They were so fresh and delicious!!!! I was doing a happy dance at the red light. I opened my burger and it looked so good. I took a bit and it was tasty. The meat was seasoned perfectly. The bun was fresh and soft. I’ll be going back to try the chicken soon.“

I believe the owner or manager was there training a new employee we were there. He was nice and patient with us. Service was good.

“I visited this store on Wednesday night around 10:00 PM. It was extremely busy, with a constant flow of customers and online orders. The store had a great atmosphere, and it was clear that the demand was very high.

What surprised me the most was that only two employees were managing everything. I visit this location about three times a week, and I often notice the same situation. Despite being understaffed, they handled every customer professionally, stayed calm under pressure, and provided excellent service. I had to wait about 10 minutes for my order, but it was definitely worth the wait because the food was fresh and well prepared.

I would like to appreciate the hard work and dedication of the employees. They are doing an amazing job despite the heavy workload. However, I strongly recommend that management increase the number of staff during busy hours. Additional employees would help reduce wait times and improve the overall customer experience.

One of the reasons people choose this restaurant is because they know their food is usually prepared quickly. Long waiting times can reduce customer satisfaction and eventually lead to disappointment. As someone who has also seen restaurants lose customers because of long delays, I understand how important it is to maintain fast service while delivering quality food.
