“If you want to have a great burger and fries, this is the place to do it! Great food and for as busy as this place can get, the service is pretty fast. Great quality fries and they always give extra. It is a bit expensive but as far as fast food goes; this is a step or two above the rest IMO.“

After putting me on hold three times, I was told I had to get a refund through the app. This is after looking through the app for a refund option. The app says I have to go through the local store. The manager won't let the person on the phone give the name of the manager on duty. According to the manager, I have to make another 25-minute round trip drive to get my $2.75 back for my cheeseburger.“

They get busy with lunch rush from the hospital and still manage to get everyone in and out. I highly recommend their spicy falafel gyro! My daughter loves their chopped salmon and her best friend is obsessed with the chopped cheese sandwiches. It gives NYC deli vibes. I come here for lunch every week and have yet to leave unsatisfied. “I am very happy with my order. I ripped into the bag as soon as I got in my car. I grabbed some of the fries. They were so fresh and delicious!!!! I was doing a happy dance at the red light. I opened my burger and it looked so good. I took a bit and it was tasty. The meat was seasoned perfectly. The bun was fresh and soft. I’ll be going back to try the chicken soon.“

“Second visit update: So I returned for dinner with a friend of mine and we ordered the shrimp tacos appetizer, sea bass with risotto with cheese and potatoes entree, the cod fish Reuben sandwich entree and the crème brûlée. Sea bass had too much salt but everything else was okay. Our final bill was just under $100 so this place honestly seems too expensive to drop in often as I had originally hoped. I recently moved to the area and have been meaning to try this place for ever since I moved here. Tonight is one of the first warm nights of this spring and I was in the mood for a non-alcoholic beer and fries. So I walked around to peek at the top 5 Yelp choices for bar restaurants near me. One across the street I already went too in the past and it was all college students but this place Emry’s was more my vibe and most importantly it’s not brightly lit like the other nearby bar restaurants. Service was some of the best because they properly staff the bar here so no waiting forever to order and they all were very attentive. Lastly, I’m usually not a big fan of skinny French fries but these were freshly cut hand made (not frozen) and you can really taste the difference. Honestly the French fries here are some of the best I have had anywhere. This is now my go to local spot!“

“The bar & restaurant is an awesome place inside - super comfortable & welcoming - the food is FANTASTIC and so is the beer. (I haven't tried them all yet, but I'll work on it.) None of that is the best part though - the staff, management, the service are the best part. They really look out for you, and are just a great bunch of folks. We'll be back!“

“I have to give them across the board. On this delivery. All five stars. I called back and pointed out that I did not receive the grilled chicken for my salad. However, I did receive everything else. It turns out that the same person who delivered my meal. Answered the phone call and redelivered my salad while making sure that they put everything in it. I will call back and order again. Well done sir. I'm impressed. Usually they try to refund your money. When you actually wanted the food. Which puts you at a loss. Like I said. I will call back. Well done!“

“Today I was at the Wolf Road location on my lunch. Unfortunately when I sat down I set my drink down on the edge of my try and it spilled everywhere! I went to the counter and asked for a towel to clean up my mess. The gentleman working the register told me he’d take care of it. He came over with a towel and smile then clean up the mess I had made. He even refilled my soda which he had no obligation to do. Sorry I didn’t grab his name but he had a red hat on and curly hair in the back. I’m sure you have people making constant messes that needed attending to but you wouldn’t have known by your reaction to my blunder. I’m in a profession where service is a primary focus and this is what great service looks like. Thank you again for your help today!“

“I went to this place to pick up breakfast for two. The place was very clean and bright and the staff was very attentive. I’m trying to diet so I got a poached egg on toast and it was great. I had a long drive a head of me when I stopped on this past Friday. With limited options for quick and easy lent friendly options it was refreshing to deal with a crew that was accommodating, polite, professional and simply on point.

In particular Justin was an absolute please to deal with ! If he is not on track to management or shift leader he needs to be ! I will be back to this location when I'm the area. Thank you again!

“We went here on a late Sunday night. You order at the window and there are cute plenty of seating areas outside.
I believe the owner or manager was there training a new employee we were there. He was nice and patient with us. Service was good.
