“I recently hosted my baby/bridal shower at Paolo’s, and the brunch buffet was absolutely fantastic. There was an impressive variety of options that truly had something for everyone, from classic breakfast favorites like eggs, bacon, French toast, and fresh fruit to delicious lunch offerings like pasta primavera, garden salad, and our entrée selections of chicken Milanese and eggplant rollatini. Everything was incredibly flavorful and well-prepared. The two servers assigned to our event were exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed throughout the celebration. Their attentiveness made the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Paolo’s for any special event! Thank you Linda and team for making my day so special!”

“We had a great experience with Grace for our wedding cake! She answered messages promptly and was so pleasant to work with. She also graciously hosted a cake tasting for me and my fiancé as opposed to putting the samples in a box for us to pick up. The cake itself was outstanding in both taste and appearance and we received many compliments on it. She made one whole tier gluten free as well. She also delivers the cake to the venue herself and is prepared for any mishaps. The best part is she will bake a cake for free on your first anniversary, so we didn’t have to worry about freezing the top layer of our cake. Highly recommend!!!”

“Year after year after year.. I find myself here throughout the summer right up until it starts to get cold. The food just keeps getting better. The young people that work behind the counter are always polite and courteous. “So, back story... My son has sp needs, and does NOT like frosting. I called Hannaford, Market 32(Price Chopper) and a popular local bakery. My request was an oreo cake, NO frosting. NO one would accommodate, even though obviously it's less work So... finally found Brookside Baking, my absolute last resort, before i just made a boxed cake. Jamie was super accommodating. She asked for approval and guidance, because he doesn't like frosting, on the filling part, asking questions about his sensory needs and likes/dislikes. We couldn't be happier, and the cake was delicious, we didn't miss the frosting at all 5 stars ✨️”

“The last few times I have been there the food was either not cooked all the way or inedible.. but the last time I was sick for 3 days with food poisoning! the burger was super salty. Then I tasted that it was sour so I stopped eating it. I grabbed my shake and took a big gulp to discover that it also was sour.. so the whole meal was tossed into the garbage.. that night I was so sick I slept in the bathroom. Needless to say I haven't been back since! Your gonna KILL someone!!”

“I recently tried Cheesecake Machismo for the first time and OH MY GOODNESS! By far the best cheesecake I have ever had and I consider myself a cheesecake snob. My family tried: Ube, Hot Cousin-Peach Cobbler, Butter Rum Apple, Caramel Toffee, Cherry Amaretto, and Strawberry. My favorites were Caramel Toffee and Cherry Amaretto and my husband loved the Hot Cousin and Cherry Amaretto! An absolute must try!”

Great stuff. And for an entree was ribs, brisket with sides of chili and salad. A came.with cornbread Everything was spectacular, one of the.best meals I have had. Bacon in the chili and the house dressing being bbq ranch were nice touches. My server Alison deserves a lot of credit too. Pleasant person, hard working, and made great suggestions when I asked. Alison and the food made this a great experience. Highly recommended and I will be back.”
