My first experience with Nepalese cuisine. I ordered three styles of momo, which is a type of stuffed pasta dumpling. More similar to a semolina dough,, not thick and glutinous like rice dough. Clearly hand made with care. Jhol Momo is steamed dumplings served in soup. Nothing was too extreme in the soup, it was balanced and savory. Another incredible experience w mystic Momo. Ordered takeout and got the mushroom jhol and paneer fried/steamed sampler platter. Plus chow mein.

First time having Nepalese food and I can't recommend it enough! We started our meal off with Chips Chilly, they had a delightful sauce that was tangy and sweet with the perfect kick of spice that did not build or overwhelm our palette. To drink, we indulged in Mango Lassi and Chiya (Nepali Milk Tea) which were equally engaging, with the Lassi providing a refreshing, fermented flavor and the milk tea offering a comforting, spiced experience.
