This has to be the worst fast food establishment in the berkshires. This is the second time I have gone thru drive thru this month and both times they messed up the order. The person who works drive thru should verify what's in the bag before passing it out the window. Last time I went home before I noticed items missing, this time I sat in parking lot after receiving bag and I told them there was a sandwich missing.
