“So at one point in time, I stopped coming to the subway. I would order through DoorDash in order extra meat or extra cheese and never got what I ordered . Their food and their staff, wasn’t too pleasant. I decided to give it another go about a week ago. There is a younger girl that works during the day. She is all smiles. She answers my questions. She’s wonderful about making my sandwich. Just overall an absolute gem for the few minutes that I’m inside the restaurant ordering my sub. To you, young lady, thank you so much for being so pleasant.“

“It always depends on who is working to as if you'll have a good experience. Some of there workers are rude and rushy. But others are patient and ready to serve with a smile. There has been a few incidents where I've had missing items. But I do wish they would go back to having there working say something to let the customer know they have received all items and are all set to go, not just get a window slammed in my face. Some are so rushy they will give you a cup and have zero payments to wait for you to place it in its cupholder. But then there are other who are sweet and patient and understanding.“
