“We were there after the tractor parade and it was busy! The young man was by himself . He never lost the smile on his face..was very professional and very kind to everyone. Manager came shortly after and after realizing that he was alone ( there were multiple call outs) jumped in and helped him out. Both of them were very fast and eager to provide great customer care despite the situation. I am a former Subway manager and field rep and I was impressed by the level of service I received. Kudo's!“
“This McDonald’s is amazing! They never fail to get my order wrong. I admit today was touch and go because after 20 years of coming here they actually had all of my sandwiches correct. Did not special order anything but even without that challenge they had everything correct. My heart almost stopped as I got to the end of my order and I realized at the bottom of the bag happily they had given me the wrong sauces for the nuggets. What a relief! I was so afraid that they had broken their a 20 year run of never getting my order correct. Kudos McDonald’s in Granville, New York! You did it! Five stars! The staff also was missing at the window for the appropriate amount of time and never cracked a smile. Their consistency is incredible.“
“My family and I pass this establishment every few weeks and decided to stop by. The ice cream is phenomenal; creamy, and cold. The sizes are plentiful, and is well worth the price. They also serve pizza, and BBQ all in one place which is a one stop shop for eating! I highly recommend this place to enjoy with the family!“
“Excellent food and ice cream. Service is great. You can either go up & order at the window or being a,"Car Hop", you can sit in your car and the waitress will come to you & take your order. Excellent atmosphere with the oldies music playing in the background. There are picnic tables with umbrellas for outdoor eating. Very good overall & reasonably priced.“
