“We love it at the Queensbury NY location especially because of Kristy behind the counter. She handles it all the walk ins, the mobile orders, the rude people, always efficiently and with a smile. She is just lovely and we look forward to seeing her when we come in. Give that girl a raise! 🎉

And seriously consider adjusting the workflow as it gets quite congested with mobile orders and dine in people seem to have to wait on those sometimes!

“We had heard the pizza was amazing, so when we finally had the chance to stop and get some we were so excited, only to end up disappointed. We ordered a white pizza. It had hardly any mozzarella on it and the cheese went no where near the crust as shown in the pictures. The crust tasted like a biscuit crust. In all honesty we ended up throwing it away. Left with the taste of extreme disappointment from our experience. To be clear, I can’t recommend this pizza at all!“

“Well I ordered a sausage egg Mcmuffin and received an egg Mcmuffin brought back told them it was minus the sausage gave me a new one and had no egg brought it back and they are talking about me in front of me. Never again place is banned“

“Jake was our server. He was also our chef. He was a one man show and did it very well. We came in fairly late (9:30 pm). Shortly after us a table of 6 came in and sat on the other side of the room. Jake handled both tables plus the kitchen with ease. He never missed a beat. The food was served hot, excellent, and on time. We never had to ask for anything. He was right there offering drink refills, boxes for leftovers, etc… and all with a smile on his face, a joke to crack and a story to tell. We were taken care of from the time we arrived until we left. He was very attentive and kind.“

“These guys were stellar. After 9 on a Sunday night. No restaurant wants to see a full bus pull in, let alone one filled with near 30 athletes who hadn't eaten in 5hrs after a long day of racing. But they were all smiles, super helpful, churned through our line of people in no time so we could be back on the road and headed the rest of the way, hopefully sound asleep in a food coma less than 30 minutes into the remainder of the ride. Fries were fresh out of the frier. Burgers were hot. And the super hungry even got shakes and sundaes. No complaints from the entire crew. Many thanks to the staff from all. And even got our bus driver fed and refreshed for the last leg.

Final note. My glutarded self always orders the low carb burger option. So that's no bun,and with a whopper or similar that comes with lettuce/tomato/onion, they put it in a platter with the lettuce & tomato on one side and the cheese and onions on a burger. Easy to eat wiht a knife and fork. Many saw and ended up ordering the same. If your not ordering something that comes with lettuce and tomato, they will add it if you ask.“

“Subway is always a safe go to for vegetarians who are traveling. This subway didn’t disappoint due to the kind staff who made a great sandwich - however I was surprised to see that the “Veggie “ sub was no longer part of the menu. Also appreciate how the staff automatically changed their gloves for every order.“
