Most of the time food is fast, fresh and great. But sometimes they're incredibly slow or sometimes you get some cold food. It's rare but happens
We love it at the Queensbury NY location especially because of Kristy behind the counter. She handles it all the walk ins, the mobile orders, the rude people, always efficiently and with a smile. She is just lovely and we look forward to seeing her when we come in. Give that girl a raise! 🎉

And seriously consider adjusting the workflow as it gets quite congested with mobile orders and dine in people seem to have to wait on those sometimes!

Staff were friendly and fast. First time at this location visiting from CA. Staff was attentive to my needs. Clean place as well.
