My wife grew up in GF on Ridge St. and remembers Oma's and told me the story leading up to Mia...its weird we never connected with Mia! Today she and her Mom orders pizza and wings. Of course they ate like 1 slice and 2 wings so she called me and said got Mia's for you, you can't believe the crust and the wings are giant! She was not kidding. WOW - and I had just seen a reel on social of some dude going Portnoy at Mia and gave it a paltry 6.8...bollocks, I give them a still warm (wife said dont reheat the pizza for the original taste) - I give it a 9.9 combo wings and cheese pizza!!! Please prepare to hear from me more Mia. Doug Haight.”

Fine choices of specials, but my favorite are the wings and pizza made to perfection! 👍🏼 Par is a great place to wind down with super friendly bartenders (shout out to Lauren and Paigey 😘 awesome ladies) have a drink and order some wings and pizza to go! “My family and I visit Lake George yearly and make it a point to go to dinner at least once at Ridge Terrace. Their chateaubriand is, hands-down, my favorite meal at any restaurant anywhere. We live about 3 hours away and I would make the drive just for this dish. It's that good. The waitstaff, ambiance, and other items on the menu are also terrific. Can't wait to go back!”

“Decent pizza. We order from here nearly every weekend because it’s close to home and there’s nowhere else even across town that I’ve found worth driving to instead. Their plain cheese, chicken bacon ranch, and eggplant parm pies are great. Skip the buffalo chicken. Subs are decent when we’ve ordered but usually just do pizza. Staff are always great.”

“Chef Leon and Adk Mobile Hibachi deserve the highest of ratings. This was our second time reserving a party with chef, and he brings the food, the fun and the deliciousness. We had an absolutely humongous number of people attend the party and Chef Leon single-handedly took care of all of us as if we were in a small intimate setting. If you are looking for the most fun, the best food, big laughs, and all around happiness, I would highly recommend chef Leon and Adk Mobile Hibachi. Thanks Chef and see you again soon!”

“It was good… they said table was 15 minutes wait but it was more like 5…then they said food would be an hour wait … then it got cut down to like 45 but it took about like 25 … the waiter with a beard Paul? He was there for like 25 years? Anyways he was awesome! The clam chowder was pretty awesome… the Rachel Ray pizza was good but it was spiiiiicy!! Service was great … food was good. They seemed realllly understaffed ! 7/10 overall!”

“We hosted a business function and placed a large catering order of bagels, muffins, and boxes of coffee. When I arrived, the order was packaged and ready to go. The staff realized I was alone and expressed how large the order was so I pulled my car to the front of the building for easier loading. By the time I opened my doors, there was a team of staff bringing out all of the items. They worked together kindly and loaded my car carefully. All I loaded myself was the sleeves of cups.

The trays were neatly arranges, boxes of coffees hot, and not a single thing missing. Incredibly grateful to have the help and lovely service!”

“This place is right inside of market 32 ! I tend to do the mobile order but when I go inside and order the staff are always pleasant! They make great drinks , I don't get the food so I'm not sure how it is. Whenever I go my drink is always made so quick .”

“OMG - My husband and I stopped in because my husband’s name is also Randy-so we thought we would check it out.
Not knowing the local establishments, we were hoping to find a friendly bar to just “hang”
In for a drink or two without feeling like an outsider.
The total opposite occurred- we were instantly accepted by all the local patrons and it was easy to make new friends.

“We had heard the pizza was amazing, so when we finally had the chance to stop and get some we were so excited, only to end up disappointed. We ordered a white pizza. It had hardly any mozzarella on it and the cheese went no where near the crust as shown in the pictures. The crust tasted like a biscuit crust. In all honesty we ended up throwing it away. Left with the taste of extreme disappointment from our experience. To be clear, I can’t recommend this pizza at all!”

Both came with bagel chips which were crunchy and delicious. The sandwiches were great. Service was good. Lunches were made fresh in the spot. Price was appropriate. Nice little place for a mid~afternoon lunch.”
