“I was referred to this place from a longtime friend. My wife and I went this morning before we left our vacation at Lake George. The restaurant is small but a nice small town diner feel. We learned this place has been in continuous operation for 106 years! By the same family! 4 generations!
The staff were very friendly! Food came quickly. I got the sausage gravy and biscuits that came with home fries, I added 2 scrambled eggs. The sausage gravy was good, the biscuits were soft and fluffy and just awesome. Eggs were cooked very well. The home fries were seasoned and tasted great! Wife had 2 eggs, bacon, home fries, and an English muffin. She said all was very good and cooked as ordered. She did say the bacon was overcooked for her. Price was very good. Overall I would highly recommend going here, you won't be disappointed. They also specialise in hot dogs, which my friend said are very good as well.“

“As a former marine our crew stopped in on a wet Saturday during Americade , no clue about anything but they had slushies and beer. OMG!! The owners Chris and Heather were so personable and friendly. There knowledge of what they talked about was second to none . They made our group of 11 feel right home. The drinks and the drink names totally on point ! Are only disappointing point is we didn’t know about this place years ago ! It was the best part of our trip this year and can’t wait till our next visit . “We just had our baby shower at Springbrook Hollow Farm Distillery, it was nothing short of excellent. I had the pleasure of working with Michael for our shower, he made the experience very enjoyable and he checked in with me twice before the event to make sure we were all set. Upon arrival the space was immaculate, we didn’t feel rushed to leave the building when finished and it was nice to have the bar open for our guests. Great customer service and friendly staff, we will definitely book here again!“

“Cute place to stop and have a beverage and wait for the steamboats . Wonderful view of the lake . Only thing is the post is misleading saying “Pet Policy: Located right on Beach Road, their shady, grassy lawn with picnic tables and elevated deck is fully open to furry children. They provide ice water bowls, toys, dog treats, and even puppy-safe ice cream”, none of this is true and dogs aren’t allowed on the deck even if they are leashed . We weren’t offered toys or treats or ice cream either LOL“

“ADK nachos were super good!! My husband got the steak and loved it. I did half a chicken with homemade bbq sauce, sweet potato fries and Mac n cheese. Chicken and fries were soooo good. I found the Mac n cheese to be bland but I think that’s the style if you were to pile on something bbq flavored then it would have been better. On its own it wasn’t my taste but everything else was very good. Can’t wait to go back next trip to Lake George!“

Not only is it a locally owned brewery with long-standing roots in the community, the owner puts an immense amount of pride and effort into the brewing process.
