“Wife and I stopped early on New Years Eve, only half expecting to get a table. No reservation. The host was friendly, welcoming and brought us right in. (They had plenty of reservations, but he was good at his job and knew he could fit us in. Even told us to relax and have a good dinner, so as not to feel rushed.) Food was delicious, and our server, Kevin, was the perfect amount of attentive. Thanks to all who work at Jacks! Highly recommend this family owned, local eatery.“
“Had reservations for 15 people at 6 PM for our granddaughter’s birthday.Food was good, service was excellent. The prices were decent, i had the fish n chips, 2 battered extra large fillets, could not eat it all, after eating fried dill pickles, which were nice n crispy.Every one said the steak was better than OB and the rest of the appetizers were good.“
“We weren't going to come because it's attached to a church but we tried it anyway. A little bit of religious stuff around but not pushy. The server was excellent and there was a young lady in the kitchen cooking. We ordered omelets with home fries, I read the reviews and they were recommended. I would NEVER order them again, the cook was a heavy handed with the cayenne pepper. They were so spicy I could not taste my other food. I really tried to eat them but could not. The food took a long long time to come out. The omelet was amazing but they forgot our toast. The condiment basket on our table was empty anyway, no jelly, no salt.“
“Great service, always happily interacting with customers. Never had a dish that was bad weather eat in or take out. Like the new feature of the photo menu, most people eat with there eyes. It great to be able to see a picture of the dish before ordering. I think the price to food ratio is about average to slightly above average (with the portion being large and price low) compared to other restaurants in the area.“
“This place is phenomenal. I've been here 3 times and each time we had really good food. Their pizza is amazing but for my 3rd time here, I got the hot roast beef sandwich. It was by far the best roast beef sandwich I've ever had. The garlic bread with cheese is also really good. The staff is always friendly. This is my new favorite restaurant.“
“Love going here to eat showed up 5 mins before close not knowing the time it closed being 8 and they were still happy to serve me I remember this happening years ago and was treated poorly even tho they still had a full restaurant.. always enjoy the food“
“Eclairs and coffee were excellent and the staff very friendly. Horrible policies of the owners not allowing Eat in when they had tables in half the place. Not allowing customers to use bathrooms is inexcusable. Signs are so disrespectful also.“
“I ordered French Onion soup. Unfortunately, it was way too salty. I'm not sure if it was just the cheese on the top or combined with the broth. I ate the cheese and a little of the broth. It still was too much. The rest of my food came out very quickly so there wasn't time to do anything about this.Later, when paying for my check, I mentioned the situation with the soup to the server. I was not looking to get a rebate or to not pay for the soup. I just wanted to let the kitchen know about it so they would not continue to serve it as it was.I was not charged for the soup. This was a nice gesture but not expected since I felt like I had eaten too much of it.I appreciate the handling of this.“
“Waking up in the cold mist of my room, I was filled with joyful energy, I rolled out the bed, got my gear and headed to otter valley, the team feasted together post game, after a long hard to head game (40-6) I felt relief however thy friend had plans for thy great escape, my tummy was growling from all ambling that was done I purchased a turkey leg for a quarter of 100 dollars, with much dissatisfaction I chucked the leg. When getting peer pressured we went on the outlaw, during the ride I said some words that shouldn’t be repeated, when my friend (Lincoln) passed out he grew a appetite, so we rushed over and went to 99’s now this is when the story starts, when meeting the deserted area we got seated, I commanded a mango ice tea to Seth, light work no reaction, SETH the man came around making a light remark and came back with 2 just for the big D, when getting the food i devoured it, eating my friends fries as-well when he turned around (Noah). Seth saved the day again and swoops in with his machine guns filled with ice teas shooting down into each cup. When the feast was done we wrapped it up and left a tip ofc to Seth. Thank you Seth, you made our night and left our sweet tooth satisfiedParking: Very lot of parkingKid-friendliness: The workers are so niceWheelchair accessibility: Very easy to asscess with the chair of the wheel“
“This place felt like home for me and my family! The food was very good I really liked the Boneless Chicken Wings, the Pretzel Sticks they gave were the best I’ve ever had, and I really liked my Buffalo Chicken Wrap! I would highly recommend this place!!!!“
“As a Diabetic, I always order the Eggplant Melt without the roll and without the side of fries. It's absolutely amazing! Whenever I want to treat myself this is my go to favorite place:) They are always so accommodating for me! Thanks so much:)“
“We are SOOOOOO excited that there is a Friendlys open in NY! This was everything we wanted it to be and then some! The waitress, Summer, was incredible !!!! She was prompt, super nice, professional but could joke with us comedians also. Everything was hot, fresh, delicious and truly amazing! Great job Summer and Lake George Friendlys! Summer needs a promotion! And please stay open forever and ever !“
“I'd give more stars if possible. The hard working owner and staff are amazing. The atmosphere here is fun yet professional. Love hearing the staff listen to good music while they cook or prepare your meal. The prices may be a lil steeper but it's so worth it for three amount and quality of food you get. It's always very clean and organized. Parking is sometimes an issue at rush hours, but what's that tell you? Sometimes there's a line, but all these things just add to how great every one thinks this store/restaurant is. You can dine in at the available tables away from the lines and people coming in and out. When there is nice weather you can use the picnic tables outside that have an umbrella. Desserts are wonderful and all the food comes looking appetizing and not just thrown together. What a great place!“
“I think the stuffed mushrooms h as r changed. I used to love them, but this time they were a little different. It was kind of pricey for 2 ppl eating lunch. We had 2 sodas, stuffed mushrooms, coconut shrimp appetizer (as a meal), and a pasta dish. Cost us $80“
“Love the breakfast and the buffalo bites. Great service. That said, the buffalo chicken sandwich is the most insane thing I’ve ever been brought at a restaurant. It caused a scene. It is about ten inches tall. The piece of chicken is the biggest piece of dark meat I’ve ever encountered and there are 2 of them! I’m not joking when I say the kid at the table next to us asked his parents if it was ‘the challenge’. I absolutely love chicken and especially buffalo chicken sandwiches but I couldn’t even put a dent in it. Long story short, it’s a big sandwich. Order if you want people sneaking pictures of you while you try to eat it.“
