“Beautiful place in every way. Rustic atmosphere with horse racing decor. Great piano bar entrance and private room as well.Staff is amazing and attentive. The food was superb, filet, salmon and the sides. Forgot to take pics at this private banquet for our sailing club. But all was outstanding, including the rich chocolate flowerless cake.“
“This place is amazing! Not the workers and owner but the food! I always go here around 2/3 times a month on weekends and I have no issues. They always know my orders every time I go! I would recommend this place to anyone on the planet! Love it!“
“I came here on a Thursday night and it was relatively busy so I would recommend a reservation. Service was attentive but not overwhelming. The ambiance is very nice; rustic yet not dingy. They provided complementary bread and butter which came in the form of rolls. For my main, I ended up getting the maple chicken salad. The maple balsamic vinaigrette was really delicious with the apples and the grilled chicken, but the highlight of the meal was definitely the pumpkin nut muffin. It was soft and spiced very nicely; I was surprised by how well it complimented the salad. The person I went with got the fish and chips. He said it was pretty good but "inauthentic to the U.K." (this is a good thing; it means the fish was seasoned well). Overall, I would certainly recommend the Olde Bryan Inn for a comforting vibe and good food.“
“Food is amazing!I had the cider donut french toast. Something different and good! The person I was with had stuffed French toast and that was also very good. They have a store there that has everything in it. It is super cute. The Staff was also very friendly. I definitely recommend. We will be back.“
“I literally cannot say enough good things about this place. I had reservations for me and a friend for my birthday but my friend got sick so I decided to sit at the bar instead of our reserved table. I have never felt so at home and welcomed in my 3 years of living upstate than I did tonight at Farmacy. They were engaging, had drink specials that were incredible, had amazing vegan options, were extremely attentive and down to earth. What an absolutely incredible place to eat. The atmosphere is literal perfection. 50/10 recommend to anyone and everyone.“
“I've been here twice and had a great experience each time. I don't live in the area and still haven't made it to west mountain, but have stopped here during road trips. Will definitely keep on popping in for some food and a beer on a trip up north but hoping to make it to west mountain and go here as well. It's a great spot. Food is good, they have a solid draft list, and service is great. It's a quirky little spot and that makes it even more worth it to stop on by.“
“Pretty cafe with old time music (my favorite) Very nostalgic interior = and they just added a children's play area for when there's a wait. Staff super friendly but not intrusive. I've never had a bad meal here and try to go every weekend. Their Country Morning Breakfast or California Benedict are my favorite.“
“My wife and I recently decided to try Scallions Restaurant in Saratoga Springs for lunch.A few years ago this restaurant was on our list to try, but when we stopped in for dinner, we stood and waited for several minutes, and no one greeted us when we arrived and were at the podium at the entrance, so we just left and went elsewhere, and hadn’t been back. This time was very, very different, and we regret not going back to give them another try sooner, as the experience was simply “excellent” in every regard. We went for lunch, and it wasn’t too busy. We were greeted immediately upon our arrival by a friendly manager, who asked us where we would prefer to be seated. We chose a small table by the window, and were presented with menus and a list of beverages, while she promptly brought us glasses of water. The menu had several choices that looked appealing, and as we looked it over, we each ordered a glass of wine, which was generously poured and delicious. We noticed that French Onion Soup was the “Soup of the Day”. This is one of our favorites, but we are highly critical, and usually disappointed. This was NOT the case today. More on that in a couple of minutes. . .As the main course, my curly headed companion ordered one of the specials: Salmon on mixed greens that came with chick peas, onions, sundried tomatoes, kalamata olives, and goat cheese, with a house dressing. I opted for Ryan’s Roast Beef, which is one of their paninis served with smoked mozzeralla, roasted red peppers, arugala and horseradish cream on grilled farm bread. The soup arrived and our first impression was positive. It had melted cheese (swiss and gruyere, I believe) baked and dripping off of the sides of the bowl, and under that delectable cover was a deliciously hot steaming mixture of soup broth, tender cooked onions, and croutons that were seasoned to perfection. We agreed at that point that whatever else might happen, this meal was already in the “success”column. It took some effort (which is a good thing with this soup) to get every last piece of cheese off of the bowl when we finished the soup, but it was worth it.Then came the entrees, and our experience continued along its pleasant mid day path:My wife truly enjoyed her Salmon salad, and was contemplating asking for the recipe for the house dressing, which was clearly the invention of the chef.I loved the Roast Beef sandwich, which complemented the lingering taste in my mouth of the French Onion Soup.Being retirees, we took our time with our entrees and wine, and were the only customers remaining in the restaurant when the dessert choices were mentioned. We typically skip dessert, or only peruse the menu to count the calories we would avoid by not ordering, but this time, we opted to split an order of Toll House Cookie Pie. We were again delighted with the taste and portion size of this treat. It was warm, appropriately gooey, and topped with fresh dollop of whipped cream.Throughout our dining experience, our server checked back with us a few times, engaged in pleasantries, and was a delightfully friendly. We’d give Scallions 5 stars out of 5, and would recommend it for lunch. We will be back for more lunches, and for dinner to try that menu out as well.“
“Fantastic menu so many options, something for everyone even the fussiest of your group will be impressed. Just an example they offered four choices of soup. Very friendly wait staff that all work together helping each other out, this is very nice to see. I wanted the fried fish and french fries but they were out of fish so I just made a quick change decision and ordered the shrimp and clam strips. It was amazing I was so surprised, I have not had fried clam strips in years that I did not regret ordering, these were the best. The shrimp were great as well. My partner is the fussy one he ordered some kind of grilled or pressed sandwich however he wanted none of this but could you add that and the dressing on the side and of course extra crispy french fries. The waitress said with a smile of course. He was completely impressed with his meal as well. So folks give this place a try it is not an average greasy spoon in fact I don't think you would even find a greasy spoon in the kitchen, the place was absolutely spotless. So Ginny Raes is now a destination for us and no longer and okay let's pull it and give it a try.“
“Omg! So good! Charlotte and Arnole are the best! I went with their recommendations-do the same-you won't be disappointed. Charlotte's descriptions were right on. Service was fantastic-very friendly and attentive. They will make you feel well taken care of! Food: wedge salad, pasta special (bread to soak up the sauce), and zeppoles. You know your meal is delicious when the zeppoles are your least favorite. Try it-you won't be disappointed!“
“Amazingly busy, worth being put on their waiting list! Wonderful, unique, and delicious drinks.Their menu items are savory and portions are filling. As a former hostess/bartender/wait staff, it was a pleasure to watch their front room staff interact and perform like a well-oiled-machine.Vegetarian options: They are willing to accommodate my good allergies.Dietary restrictions: They are willing to help me with gluten free options!“
“Went for Easter brunch with my mother. It was an à la carte brunch which I much prefer since I can no longer get my money's worth at one of the normal brunches (too old to stuff myself to the point of bursting like I could when I was younger since it is like drinking too much). Our waitress Sarah (sorry if misspelled) was great. As a former server myself, please leave your servers, their tips and cash if possible. It's appreciated. Also, the owner came out to see how everything was and I apologize for forgetting her name but a lovely woman. We've been there on several different occasions and haven't been disappointed.“
“My husband and I tried Jack’s for the first time tonight, and it was a delight! The staff were incredibly fun and pleasant to speak with. Every dish we tried was so tasty, and the layers of flavors were so evident. I couldn’t have asked for a better visit. My chicken piccata was even heart shaped by chance. :)“
“I want to start this off with I am a person who loves trying new places and sitting inside to eat, but unfortunately most places are too packed, loud and overwhelming for me to sit inside and eat. However, this place was not only a safe and quiet place, but it's a tucked away little sweet place with a couple galleries to walk around before or after you eat, or if there's a wait, or just in general if you are an art enthusiast as myself. There is more than enough seating available. And even some outdoor seating with a little area to move around if you have kids that need to run around a bit or are high energy.Food wise. I highly recommend the falafel burger and tater tots. They were both super crispy and so flavorful. Not many places can perfect the falafel, however, i think this place has got it figured out! The side portions are on the snaller side. So, I do recommend getting your own rather than getting an order to split, unless you have a more sensitive stomach or fill up quickly, then it is the perfect amount! The workers were very sweet and attentative if we needed anything.Overall left happy and fed, and 100% comfortable the entire time!“
“Osteria Danny in Saratoga Springs is an absolute gem! Believe the hype. The service is impeccable, with staff that goes above and beyond to ensure a memorable dining experience. The ambiance is charming, creating a cozy yet sophisticated atmosphere. I expected it to be more formal, but it's quite casual and laid back. Now, let's talk about the food - each dish is a masterpiece, bursting with flavors that elevate the dining experience to new heights. We started with Brussels sprouts and "bada bing" shrimp; plus the complimentary bread, bean salad and perfectly chilled butter. Loved all of it...the sprouts were sweet and savory; the shrimp gigantic and decadent. Main courses were bolognese and spicy crab (served over pasta). Absolutely delicious, huge portions. So much crab on top of homemade pasta with a kick of hot peppers. All pasta is made in- house with one exception (and that one is imported from Italy). But, we stopped and had leftovers put aside so that we could try the desserts: Italian cheesecake and sticky toffee cake (served with salted caramel gelato), accompanied by an espresso. Again-amazing. These people know what they're doing. From the appetizers to the desserts, Osteria Danny consistently delivers a culinary delight that will bring me coming back for more. This restaurant truly captures the essence of casual/fine dining in Saratoga Springs. Can't wait to return!“
“We all had an excellent breakfast, service when we first walked in was extremely slow. We stood there for at least 5-10 minutes no one said hello or they would be right with us. They had quite a few customers, but there were a lot of tables empty. A little customer service goes a long way. We were look up other restaurants open to go to while waiting. We almost left. But everyone’s food was excellent, or waitress was fantastic also redeemed from when we first walked in.“
“This is a classic diner tucked in the middle of downtown Saratoga! It’s hard to believe it is still here while new restaurants and condos have been going up around it over the years, but it’s great for Saratoga that it has stood the test of time. The breakfast was great and the service was nice and unbelievably fast!We will definitely be back.“
“Exactly what I look for in a small deli. Fresh made subs and sandwiches, a great drink selection and lots of fun local products like honey and maple syrup. The staff here is friendly too!Vegetarian options: Subs and wraps and sandwiches are custom fresh made to order I just had a veggie wrapDietary restrictions: The staff are ready to accommodate if they can.“
“Solid brewery with some interesting pours. Tried the what's up doc sour and the hazy ipa and both were great. The broccoli cheddar soup and kimchi brussels sprouts were hearty and full of flavor. Will definitely be coming back next time we are in Saratoga “
“Was absolutely amazing. This place was good and knows how to handle situations. Our waitress was embarrassed by the group of drunk women who thought it was ok to grab her butt while we ordered food. She handled it like a champ and staff was quick to react and get patrons to leave. Hope her day got better after the entitled "keep up with Jones's" left. Will be back again.“
“I came for Sunday brunch at about 1 pm and there were only a few people sitting down (more arrived later). We sat in a little nook by the front door. As always, the service here is excellent and our waiter was very attentive. I have to say, I have never been the greatest fan of their dinner but their brunch was excellent. My friend and I split four dishes: the churro waffle, the Madrid waffle, the fries, and a side of bacon. The churro waffle comes with maple syrup and butter and had a lot of cinnamon flavor. The Madrid waffle came with a berry compote and cream. I am a Vermonter and yet I wasn't missing maple syrup with the Madrid waffle. They really piled on the berries and cream so each bite of the waffle could have both components layered on top. The seasoned fries were very well seasoned and crisp. The bacon was the melt-in-your-mouth consistency that good bacon should be and was still crispy. Additionally, our brunch was actually pretty cost-effective; not what I've come to expect from Saratoga food. This is a great option for a Sunday brunch and I will definitely be coming here again in the near future.“
“First time diners at Morgan and company had four in our party sat on the porch enjoying the spring late afternoon sunshine and a glass of Cabernet. Started with sharing 3 appetizer deviled eggs, onion rings and moccoran cigars. All delicious and plenty to share. Entrees were chicken kebob with Moroccan bowl of cous cous and nicely roasted vegetables and a lovely curry broth all delicious. My wife had the coconut shrimp dinner with sticky rice and vegetables seemed she enjoyed it I thought maybe a few more shrimps would have been offered. But maybe because I wanted one. Sister-in-law had the chicken picata meatballs which she took home half full from apps but enjoyed it . Brother who is kind of picky eater had fried seafood of shrimp and scallops ate half took half home. We all had desserts all very good. Not sure if Bill my brother picked up tab our waitperson Emma was very attentive and did a lovely job taking care of us. Will return perhaps mothers day brunch.“
“Their Lobster Pizza is to die for. We live 300 miles away and will be back. They only have a few beer taps but a great selection of cans. Had a Heady Topper with the Lobster Pizza which just made my day.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free for my daughter and her girlfriend“
“Our server was so considerate: he brought a bag holder for my friends bag AND two napkins so we could spit out our gum without us asking - so attentive!! The food was excellent - the mushroom toast is a must, the beats were great with the pistachio spread, and the butter rolls - forget about it. Highly recommend!!“
“We ordered lunch today - buffalo chicken sandwich (very good!!) and an omelet made to order (also very good!!) The buffalo chicken sandwich was crispy, not over sauced and the condiments were served on the side (THANK YOU!) The omelet was HUGE and perfectly cooked and they have Gluten Free toast, yay! Very happy with our order and will definitely be back soon. :)“
“Drive by this place daily…First time ordering, it was late and I think they were about to close so only their late night menu is available after 9pm but that’s okay, they thankfully took my order still!! We got the bar pizza and fried Oreos whoever was cooking even ran some ice cream out to my husband to go with our Oreos and he was right it was the perfect combination! So we really appreciated that, and the bar pizza was really good we liked the sauce and the crust had great flavor overall everything was delicious, will definitely be going back to try their regular menu!“
“Came here for a work gathering. We had a whole side/section to ourselves, with a shuffleboard table! The food they provided was great, sliders/tacos/pizza. Perfect hand held bites for milling around and networking. They have an extensive list of beers on tap and everyone found something that made them happy. The servers were attentive! Great laid back space.“
“We weren't going to come because it's attached to a church but we tried it anyway. A little bit of religious stuff around but not pushy. The server was excellent and there was a young lady in the kitchen cooking. We ordered omelets with home fries, I read the reviews and they were recommended. I would NEVER order them again, the cook was a heavy handed with the cayenne pepper. They were so spicy I could not taste my other food. I really tried to eat them but could not. The food took a long long time to come out. The omelet was amazing but they forgot our toast. The condiment basket on our table was empty anyway, no jelly, no salt.“
“Couldn't have been more perfect. We were a large crowd, after track season with a bunch of kids. We enjoyed brunch, drinks, and London NFL games indoors and outdoors with plenty of room for the kids to run and play under the tent outside. Friendly and accommodating staff made this a terrific Sunday spot for a few parents and their kids....?“
“Great service, always happily interacting with customers. Never had a dish that was bad weather eat in or take out. Like the new feature of the photo menu, most people eat with there eyes. It great to be able to see a picture of the dish before ordering. I think the price to food ratio is about average to slightly above average (with the portion being large and price low) compared to other restaurants in the area.“
“Cannot say enough about this place! We drive over an hour to get there and have never been disappointed in the three times we’ve been there. Went last week after a funeral they fed 20 of us with impeccable service outstanding food. The owner and the pastry chef couldn’t have been nicer! And I am a tough critic!“
“The food was good, the staff were very friendly(even though it was extremely crowded! And the place was overall a good experience!A friend and I went out and brought her kids along with us, and for a Sunday night it was crazy! Even with a reservation we waited an extra 10 minutes(The inner lobby was packed!) we finally sat in an area, it may have been for kids? But it was really nice. The waitress came over quickly and we didn’t feel rushed at all! She was still very friendly to the kids, even though they had a tough time deciding, all the staff were so nice and friendly even though it was so packed out! I can’t say enough how impressed I was! So we ordered and the food came out fast thankfully, kids…And overall it was good, we did the 2 person dinner option with the sides, and the kids got things off the kids menu. The meats were cooked perfectly, my only complaints are the side of broccoli was undercooked, and we ordered smothered onions but it came without, luckily the waitress removed it after she noticed also, as well as the pay tablet on the table…apparently there’s a 2$ charge to play the games on it? He swears he never saw the option for a charge, but just that it was a “premium” section for the games…Be careful. But overall: fantastic experience! Thanks Texas Roadhouse staff for a fun family and friends night out!Kid-friendliness: It’s very kid friendly, and the waiters and waitresses are very patient and kind to them in our experience. Either we were sat in a kid designated section or there were a lot of families that night. They have crayons and coloring menus for them too. Overall great experience!“
“I thoroughly enjoyed breakfast at Park 26 at the q. The waitress was very pleasant and helpful. Suggested the specialty avocado toast which was amazing both in presentation and flavor. The inside of the restaurant was very clean, elegant, with white tableclothes and glassware. I would definitely recommend this restaurant not only for when you are staying at the Q but also when you are looking for a good meal.“
“Price of food was exceptional, very reasonable. The waitress was not only the bartender but I believe the cook. She was very busy. I felt bad for her. It's a bar. With bar food. The French onion soup was great and the ranch salad dressing was really good. The sampler platter was really good too. Boneless wings were on the larger side and wings were good size as well. Just took a little while for the food, but again she was the only one doing all the work. Worth going there again for quick bite and good bar food.“
“An absolute gem of a place! I got the Shrimps & Scallops Marinara and it was easily one of the best I've ever had. A touch spicy but not overpowering. The linguine soaked up the sauce perfectly. I ate all the scallops and knew I had to take the rest home because it was a huge portion. Lightly heated the next day with the shrimp and it was still perfection! Only thing is, my salad was drenched in the dressing. IMO next time def dressing on the side. The blue cheese in the house dressing was delicious. We drove almost an hour and would def do it again! Btw the fresh bread with herbs butter was fresh and delicious!“
“Tables are first come first serve. And there is typically only 1 or 2 bartenders who also serve the food/take orders. It does get fairly busy and it sometimes takes awhile to get noticed for more service if at a table, but at the bar u have a better chance of catching their attention. Food is always on point.“
“After not having their dirt dogs since I was a teenager, they were just as good as I remembered them! My daughter loved her 6oz burger and the chili cheese fries were so loaded, we couldn't even finish them! The potato salad was so good also! And, I love that they serve Argyle Cheese Farmer local chocolate milk! To top it off, their prices are super reasonable! The food was finished and delivered really quick! Very impressed and will definitely be getting more from them!“
“Whatta Cool Restaurant,Big Pancakes , Fresh Eggs, Home Fries,Sausage Coffee.Couldn't have been a better breakfast and the Locals are very friendly. Thanks to Crystal from Greenwood Industries that told me about this restaurant the the guys eat at.I hope to be back soon.“
“The food was absolutely amazing! The service was just as great, Michael our server checked in with us a few times during our dinner and made sure we were doing alright without being overbearing. The atmosphere was a little dark but everything else made up for it. Absolutely will be back for more amazing dishes :)“
“Great food. I could tell the food was made fresh. Large portions and a the staff were friendly and polite. Will definitely be going there. Highly recommendParking: Plenty of parking on siteKid-friendliness: Kids menu seems goodWheelchair accessibility: Ramp to restaurant with a different entrance to accommodate wheelchair“
“Are you looking to get off Broadway and hang with the locals? The Local - Pub & Teahouse is one of those places that doesn't cut corners. The vibe is fun, warm, and cozy. They have a full bar with anything you like. We had two cocktails to see how good their mixology skills are, a vodka martini and a burbon Manhattan, and both were perfect! Their menu is elevated pub food with daily specials and some unique dishes such as the Irish Cuban sandwich. The food was fresh, homemade, and delicious! If I had to guess, they have a real chef on staff. Round all of this out with their impeccable service, and I have no choice but to give it five stars.Pro Tip: If your gluten free this place is a must visit.“
“Timeless sparkling nostalgic gem.I commented on the signed photograph of 80’s/90’s wrestler, “Hacksaw” Jim Dugan, which adorned their wall, and the patron at the table say closest to it, said, “Hacksaw lives just down the street.”“
“We live in Wilton and are thrilled to have it nearby. It’s definitely worth a trip, though. The menu is diverse, the food fresh and the portions very generous. The setting is lovely, the value is there and the service on point. Oh, and they have great weekly specials, too.“
“Small little hot dog place, amazing dogs, buns, and drink options. The inside is a bit crowded, maybe only 3-4 customers inside at a time. There is outside seating but overall no matter what, if you eat at the tables or in your car, they cook up some good dogs to take care of your hot dog craving needs.“
“My wife and I were in town for one night but two breakfasts’, both of which we had the pleasure of dining at the Merc. Absolutely chill vibes, late 90s knocks on the radio, BASKET OF BISCUITS…sorry I legit get carried away when describing my experience at the merc, waitress thanked us for our patience as your validly popular restaurant filled up. No! THANK YOU! For your wonderfully fresh ingredients , friendly service and overall great experience.Vegetarian options: I’m not a vegetarian but the menu had a lot of viable or as is options!“
“This has the best food in Greenwich NY. DRINKS, FOOD, HOME TOWN FEELING. THEIR WINGS ARE THE BEST get extra crispy jack Daniel's sauce. Burgers and delicious sandwiches. hey and if you leave go around the circle and come back. Very fast, consistent, food in a wonderful hometown settings. This is my favorite place to enjoy quality, yummy food with the friends and family. Trust me its worth the go.“
“I ordered French Onion soup. Unfortunately, it was way too salty. I'm not sure if it was just the cheese on the top or combined with the broth. I ate the cheese and a little of the broth. It still was too much. The rest of my food came out very quickly so there wasn't time to do anything about this.Later, when paying for my check, I mentioned the situation with the soup to the server. I was not looking to get a rebate or to not pay for the soup. I just wanted to let the kitchen know about it so they would not continue to serve it as it was.I was not charged for the soup. This was a nice gesture but not expected since I felt like I had eaten too much of it.I appreciate the handling of this.“
“Food was excellent, I love being able to fix your own plate across a wide variety of food choices, fresh salads, meats, casseroles, seafood, and deserts. I miss the Golden Corral at exit 15. Would be great if you could add a restaurant in the Town of Malta, I know a location at exit 11. Great for Seniors, and families.“
“Gus's place was great. It's a cute little local diner with lots of memorabilia on the walls. There's a small set up in the back for a band, was told the owner Gus, plays.Cindy, who served us was kind. The food was delicious. I asked for crispy bacon and Home fries, mom asked for almost the same except less crispy. They delivered it perfectly for both of us.“
“The food is great and the service is very friendly, everyone there were very friendly not just our waitress, I had fish ? tacos ? and my wife had beef quesadillas both were yummy and their home made salsa ? is great ? and the prices are very reasonable, they even give you a discount if you want to pay cash ? verses credit card ? witch is nice to pass on the savings they receive from not having to pay card fees. We noticed the waitress walking by with someone’s breakfast and it looked amazing, can’t wait to try that.Parking: Parking right in front near the front entrance“
