An employee named Jack called my friend a slur after they had politely told them they had incorrectly made our order. There are multiple bad reviews about him on yelp. Totally inappropriate and unacceptable to treat anybody that way, especially at your place of employment.
I went to Cool Beans today, to pick up something for my sick loved one and accidentally forget to bring a mask. The woman who was working rudely demanded that I wear a mask. I informed her that I didn’t have a mask with me, at which time she refused to provide one for me and demanded that I leave without being served. Stopped for lunch today. I had the Mediterranean Chicken sandwich on rye bread. My boyfriend had the Turkey Cranberry almond sandwich on white bread. Both came with bagel chips which were crunchy and delicious. The sandwiches were great. Service was good. Lunches were made fresh in the spot. Price was appropriate. Nice little place for a mid~afternoon lunch.
