“I have been getting the same omelet every Sunday for the last 6 years, and will continue to do so indefinitely. Ribbon catered my wedding in May '24, and long before then they were practically family. This is the best place in Ballston Spa for more than just king Kev's cooking. Wonderful little place filled with happy people always with a smile on their face and a plate of something spectacular always on the way to a table. and that's not even mentioning why Kevin started the place and all the victims of breast cancer he's helped. 💗 love y'all 5 stars is hardly enough.“

“I was passing through saw this groovy place decided to stop in. Very happy I did. The coffee was great, their bagels were delicious and the staff were excellent. I will always make this place a must stop whenever I am in the area.“

“I will never eat here again I ordered their afternoon tea. A plain salad plate which consisted of greens two slices of cucumber and shredded carrots, a cup of soup and I wanted a scone. They were out of scones so I reluctantly agreed to a piece of cake. When I saw they charged me 29 I spoke to the manger explaning my complaint. She refused to acknowledge that the meal was overpriced for what I had. The waitress never stated there was an upcharge. Had I gotten a sandwich I would feel different but for what I got the price was waaay out of proportion. Never never never eating here again.“

“Unique decor with tin tiles and an old school, classic feel. you can tell that they are foodies by the way they compose dishes and the cocktails are excellent. It is generally busy. I can usually find a seat for two, but I would call ahead especially for more than two people. This is a great place. One of my favorites.“

“My husband and I dined at Solevo tonight for a 5 PM reservation, and once again, it reminded me why this is my favorite restaurant in Saratoga and our go-to for special occasions.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted and seated right away. We started with the special antipasto salad and meatballs for our first course. The meatballs were incredibly tender, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The salad was enormous and absolutely packed with fresh, delicious vegetables, topped with beautifully aged meat that made it feel extra special.

To start, I had the Solevo Spritz, which was refreshing and perfectly balanced, while my husband enjoyed a tequila cocktail (I wish I remembered the name!). For our second course, he ordered the lasagna and loved that it came with extra sauce - something that’s surprisingly hard to find when ordering lasagna out. I had the chicken involtini, and as we usually do, we shared both dishes. Both were prepared perfectly. We also enjoyed glasses of Barolo with dinner, and I have to say, I absolutely love that Solevo offers Barolo by the glass - not many restaurants in this area do, and it’s such a treat.

For dessert, we shared the brown butter cake, which was absolutely delicious - rich, nutty, with the perfect hint of maple sweetness.

A special mention to our server, Joanna, who was wonderful. She explained the specials thoroughly, answered every question we had with ease, and provided excellent service throughout the evening.

“The specials are usually really good, best I've had was the churro cake. The cookies are good, I prefer usually to go for the minis because of the price but also they're also baked through more than the larger cookies.
Heads up if you order through doordash, let an employee know because your order will not be on the display screen of waiting orders.

“A family member ordered delivery for us from here. We can't wait to visit in person. \nComfort Burger was awesome as were the chili cheese fries . Order included a Lucy salad with grill chicken. Greens were fresh, as were the sliced apples. We also had what has to be the best grilled cheese sandwich i have ever had. Loaded with a blend of 4 cheeses and caramelized onions. Bread was grilled to perfection. The order also included a fried chicken sandwich which had a huge fried chicken breast. Finally, the side order of chili didn't look that great but tasted fantastic\n I would also like to add that according to Google AI they offer gluten free bread and most items can be made gluten free.“

“I’ve been getting my deli meat exclusively here since Covid. They’re great. I can even call in the order in advance and it’s sliced and ready when I get there. Egg sandwiches are also great. We get them a lot when we’re going hiking because they’re big and filling. Recently we tried the chicken cutlet subs and the Buffalo chicken wrap. Holy crap! Out of this world. Each sub literally had 4 chicken cutlets.“

“Found an absolute gem! The staff, food, and overall environment are all super nice. They have live music, great outdoor spaces, and it genuinely feels like the kind of place where you can build a community. If I’m not mistaken, it’s actually owned by two Saratoga high school teachers, which makes it even cooler. I had a great time and felt completely welcome. It’s got a wonderful outdoor atmosphere that draws a mix of everyone: families, couples, and singles alike. I would prefer if the food was spicier, just a personal preference.“
