George Henry's Reviews
Had dinner recently and everything was delicious, but I have to say that the French onion soup is by far my favorite!
We go every chance we can get! The specials are always creative and so good. Great rotating beer list. Best buffalo chicken salad ever. Comfy atmosphere. Can’t say enough good things.
Great food and service! From the apps to dessert we loved it all. Kudos to the chef and our sever Nate.

George Henry's is a local gem that offers friendly staff, great food, and a wonderful atmosphere. The restaurant specializes in comfort food, featuring dishes like a Reuben-type sandwich, overflowing with meat and packed with flavor, and the turkey sammie/soup combo, which includes the "bomb" French Onion soup. The menu also highlights a variety of daily specials, such as chicken parm with pasta, osso bucco, and mac and cheese options, including a light four cheese mac and cheese and a special mac and cheese with chicken that reminds diners of fine Italian restaurants. The peach BBQ wings and the Sweet Heat Chicken Sandwich have also received praise from customers, with many enjoying the Vermontster sandwich and the Grand Old Chicken Sandwich. All the pastas are cooked perfectly, and the plates are beautifully presented. The service is attentive, with clear explanations of options and upgrades, and the prices are reasonable, although some find them a bit high for families. While vegetarian options may be limited, the staff is accommodating and willing to make adjustments. The portions are generous, ensuring a satisfying meal. Overall, George Henry's is a great choice for a guaranteed enjoyable experience, offering a welcoming alternative to the tourist traps in the area.
