“Food was hot & delicious! Heather was an exceptional server. She was upbeat, friendly & knowledgeable. It was a wonderful experience. I had chicken parmigiana and the fresh and crisp endless salad. My husband had the 🆕 entree along with the salad. It was a little spicy and he chose the chicken. The breadsticks were warm and fresh. As hungry travels we were happily satisfied. The portions were more than we expected. Thanks to the servers everywhere who know how to work & serve!“

“I want to disclaimer with I have only had Panera one time via doordash and have never dined in. Today, I took my hangry little toddler to the Queensbury NY location. From the moment we approached the counter, all the employees were smiling and very welcoming. There was a sweet girl named Bri who cut a slice of sourdough for my daughter while we waited to order. When it was our turn, Zachary helped me order, got my daughter her cinnamon roll and was the most pleasant and kind employee I have encountered at any food establishment. We sat down to eat and my toddler ate faster than I have ever seen, nearly finishing all her food and mine. Zachary had walked over to check on us and ask us how everything was. I said it was SOO good she ate hers and mine. We chatted about the cinnamon rolls and the amazing lemony glaze that is on them. My daughter also complimented his hair. To my amazement, Zachary came back with a new sandwich for me. It was the most kind thing I have experienced. My daughter promptly ate the bacon and egg off this one too... so you must have some rockstar chefs because she is very picky!! I was able to get the bagel this time. While we were eating and chatting, Bri came over to get a drink near where we were sitting and started chatting and did a little cup "cheers" with my toddler. It was adorable and again, so KIND. I am always hesitant to bring a hungry toddler into a restaurant but I am so glad I did. These two rockstar employees made it worth every second. I am happily going to return and dine in again. “I have only dined at Rocco’s but one time, we didn’t have a reservation and they were able to seat the three of us which was very accommodating. It was a busy busy time since there was a game at the Civic Center across the street and every place was packed. The food was outstanding and I would recommend Rocco’s.“
