I want to disclaimer with I have only had Panera one time via doordash and have never dined in. Today, I took my hangry little toddler to the Queensbury NY location. From the moment we approached the counter, all the employees were smiling and very welcoming. There was a sweet girl named Bri who cut a slice of sourdough for my daughter while we waited to order. I was at the Queensbury Panera yesterday during the tornado warning. The staff was very effective at keeping everyone safe and calm in the back of the store while the storm was passing through and the winds had picked up. They even gave us some free cookies while we waited for the storm to pass and were friendly the entire time.
We are fans of Panera. Always good food. Plenty of parking here. The ordering kiosks really speed things along now and I find them a much more efficient method for ordering and seeing what the menu items look like. The menu items are diverse. Seating can be limited around lunchtime but there always seems to be an open table somewhere and there is a quick turnaround. We stop here often.

While parking can be a bit challenging, there is ample space overall. The menu features staples like soup and mac and cheese, as well as new items like the Bacon Avocado sourdough melt. Seasonal favorites, such as the squash soup, also add to the appeal of the menu.
