I want to disclaimer with I have only had Panera one time via doordash and have never dined in. Today, I took my hangry little toddler to the Queensbury NY location. From the moment we approached the counter, all the employees were smiling and very welcoming. There was a sweet girl named Bri who cut a slice of sourdough for my daughter while we waited to order. I was at the Queensbury Panera yesterday during the tornado warning. The staff was very effective at keeping everyone safe and calm in the back of the store while the storm was passing through and the winds had picked up. They even gave us some free cookies while we waited for the storm to pass and were friendly the entire time.
I'm gonna be honest, I'm just never blown away by there food. It's fine but it's pricey and I think we just have too many good local delis to come here. It's lower quality and more expensive
