Saratoga was horrible last night. I ordered food on the app and when I got there Eric who was working front counter asked my name multiple times, couldn’t find my order and said I cant f deal with this. He was yelling at other customers and just down right unprofessional. Not to mention he was drooling in peoples food and touching his face while having gloves on. Still I never got my orders and haven’t gotten my refund. Then I went to kfc in Queensbury and they were amazing!!...read full review
very friendly and amazing people
The last two visits to the take out window was a great disappointment. First time the chicken seem to be a day old and biscuits where dry and stale. The second time the chicken was not great and the biscuits where rock hard. Unbeatable food. I complained to the corporative after a number of emails with a number of question they seen me a five dollars coupon. Like the time I wasted and the product was worth five dollars. They have lost a lifetime customer. DON'T EAT HERE!

KFC is a popular fast-food restaurant that offers a mixed experience. The restaurant is generally clean and service is quick, but customers have reported some issues. Many say to check orders before leaving, as mistakes like missing fries, sauces, or even the chicken can happen. Sometimes, orders are delayed; one customer waited 25 minutes longer than expected after ordering online. Others mention that staff can be busy or understaffed, which might cause longer waits or mistakes. Despite these challenges, the staff can be friendly, and some customers find the food better than nearby options like McDonald's. Overall, KFC remains a popular choice for quick meals, though it’s good to double-check your order and be prepared for occasional delays.
