What's great about Common Roots is that they're more than just beer. Their Foundation does a lot of meaningful work in the community and there are numerous events throughout the year. The new Bierhall event space is beautiful and I try to grab a bag of coffee from there when I can swing by.”

“We all had an excellent breakfast, service when we first walked in was extremely slow. We stood there for at least 5-10 minutes no one said hello or they would be right with us. They had quite a few customers, but there were a lot of tables empty. A little customer service goes a long way. We were look up other restaurants open to go to while waiting. We almost left.But everyone’s food was excellent, or waitress was fantastic also redeemed from when we first walked in.”

“This restaurant was excellent. The food was amazing. They have the best beans out of all Mexican restaurants we've been to. Their drink were also pretty good. Their service was great, too. I wish they were a little closer to the indoor Waterpark. It was worth the 13-minute drive, though.”

“The new Mr. Bills is amazing!! I’ve been coming here since my childhood! Sadly, over the past few years it no longer lived up to my childhood memories BUT after checking out our newly updated Mr. Bills, I’ve been addicted ever since! They changed ownership and honestly, the new owners have really outdone themselves. Not only has it been beautifully renovated with modern updates, but they’ve also managed to add to that old-school 50s charm we all love! They resurrected one of our towns iconic landmarks without losing its soul.Most importantly, the food has been *majorly* upgraded. The burgers are so much juicier (my #1 favorite ?), the fries, the mozz sticks with Melba, the milkshakes (etc) are soo addicting! They kept the Mr. Bill classics but have undeniably raised the bar on quality and taste!What really stands out are the people now running it! The new owners are usually there, very welcoming and genuinely happy to see you. They’re seriously the friendliest, most outgoing people you could hope to meet and their passion for the place is contagious, which is clearly reflected in their staff! It’s such a positive atmosphere there.It’s the same Mr. Bills we all know and love, but with a new heart. If you’re in the mood for delicious food and some nostalgia, I can’t recommend the new Mr. Bills enough!”

“It was a toss up between this place and Farmacy, both in Glens Falls. But I'm happy that I chose this place. Farmacy is excellent as well, don't get me wrong, but Mint was more my vibe for what I was feeling. Plus, after going there I'm pretty sure that they have the juiciest burger in town. I also appreciate that they list the local farms and businesses that they source their products from on their menu so I could make an informed decision as to what I was putting in my body and where it came from. Everyone was very friendly and the place is beautiful. Thank you, Mint, for such a pleasant experience!P.S. The strawberry shortcake dessert is phenomenal. “I like their bread and sandwiches - their breakfast sandwich is to die for! I also like their chai tea! But what makes me come back is the sense of community there and the support for the arts. I've noticed they go out of their way to make everyone feel welcome and at ease. They are kind and ethical in all these little ways that add up to something amazing. They are a major support to musicians and artists who are growing - between their thursday night music night to their friday night open mike - and they put different artists work up on the walls. It's a special place with a lot of heart (and yummy food and drink)! I'm thankful they are around.”

“A few years ago a former Yelp CM led tours of Soft Serve places in the greater Albany area. We never got as far north as Queensbury which is too bad because Martha's blows away all others. First, the custard is dense for a more satisfying experience. Second, the portions are huge. Third, the flavors are amazing. I got a medium with half raspberry/chocolate swirl and half salted caramel and skipped dinner after. Be aware that not all flavors are available every day, but if your favorite is not on order you can order it as a "cookie" (presumably like an ice cream sandwich). We were there on the way back from the eclipse, so early season and only two windows open. Even so the line moved quickly. They seem to have 2 people assigned to each window: one to take the order and handle payment and the other to fill the order. It's a good system and better than the vast majority of seasonal ice cream places that take forever.”

“We ate here twice in just a few days vacation at the end of summer. The falafel is amazing, as is the chicken and lamb. The yogurt sauce is the best we've ever had. My young son loved it so much, he now thinks every white condiment is it, but sadly is disappointed with typical tzatziki or sald dressing. The whole family is craving their food! Haha! Thank you!
