A few years ago a former Yelp CM led tours of Soft Serve places in the greater Albany area. We never got as far north as Queensbury which is too bad because Martha's blows away all others. First, the custard is dense for a more satisfying experience. Second, the portions are huge. Third, the flavors are amazing. Update: still the best ice cream but super disappointed in the new grill menu. We enjoyed dinner or lunch there multiple times each season, bringing a wide variety of friends and family. Now all they have is burgers and fries. Nothing for vegetarians. Nothing for people who don’t want beef. But fries. I understand if the menu was too busy but how hard is it to do Hot Dogs and that fantastic fried chicken. Worst of all is the loss of the pub pretzels. I mean not even onion rings?...read full review

Excellent food, fast service and friendly people. Definitely worth a trip.2024 update - The ice cream is still very good, but the food menu has been drastically reduced (gutted) to only include burgers and loaded fries. No more salads or chicken sandwiches etc. 4/5 stars now.
