It was 12:30pm and raining but my vehicle is pretty quiet and I thought I said pretty loud and clear that I wanted 5 cream & 4 sugar yet I got 4 cream & 3 sugar which makes a huge difference when you like your coffee light & sweet!! This has been happening at both locations (Dix Ave & here) so now the coffee is not even enjoyable or worth the money.
