“The food was tasty, though a bit overpriced, and it was great to be able to get a root beer float to go. The service was pretty fast, but I found it in poor taste that the tip jar was pointed out to me. Besides, these aren't waitresses serving me at a table. Would I go back? Sure, the float is a big draw as you can't get these just anywhere.“

“Great find during our trip from NJ! As someone used to some of the best Indian food in the US, I thought the meal here was solid. I’m honestly not sure what the negative reviews are about—the food definitely hits the spot.
The gentleman serving us was professional and courteous. Since he was working solo, he was upfront about a 10–15 minute wait, which we found totally fair. While prices are a bit high, they’re consistent with everything else on the Lake George strip. Most of the area is just pizza and ice cream, so having some 'Indian zing' was a refreshing change of pace.
Don't expect a fine-dining setup, but definitely give it a try. Grabbing some Pani Puri and enjoying it by the lake is an experience that’s hard to beat!“

“Grab some cash and come get some dogs cuz even after all these years the shack still has it. I haven't had it in nearly 15 years and I finally got to go back and nothing has changed in the best way. I got my dogs with the works and some curly cheese fries and it was great and cheap.“

“Stopped in here while heading home from a trip and we were impressed! The hot dogs were great and the prices were affordable. It was a cute little spot that gave that old diner feel. The service was very fast and efficient. Super friendly, even the cooks said goodbye on our way out! Wish this were closer to our home.“
