“Great find during our trip from NJ! As someone used to some of the best Indian food in the US, I thought the meal here was solid. I’m honestly not sure what the negative reviews are about—the food definitely hits the spot.
The gentleman serving us was professional and courteous. Since he was working solo, he was upfront about a 10–15 minute wait, which we found totally fair. While prices are a bit high, they’re consistent with everything else on the Lake George strip. Most of the area is just pizza and ice cream, so having some 'Indian zing' was a refreshing change of pace.
Don't expect a fine-dining setup, but definitely give it a try. Grabbing some Pani Puri and enjoying it by the lake is an experience that’s hard to beat!“

“Grab some cash and come get some dogs cuz even after all these years the shack still has it. I haven't had it in nearly 15 years and I finally got to go back and nothing has changed in the best way. I got my dogs with the works and some curly cheese fries and it was great and cheap.“

And seriously consider adjusting the workflow as it gets quite congested with mobile orders and dine in people seem to have to wait on those sometimes!

“We had heard the pizza was amazing, so when we finally had the chance to stop and get some we were so excited, only to end up disappointed. We ordered a white pizza. It had hardly any mozzarella on it and the cheese went no where near the crust as shown in the pictures. The crust tasted like a biscuit crust. In all honesty we ended up throwing it away. Left with the taste of extreme disappointment from our experience. To be clear, I can’t recommend this pizza at all!“

“I go to subway very often and the Subway team is absolutely amazing. They are so kind, so patient, and just overall extremely friendly. The dining area is always kept clean, the food area is organized, and the chips are stocked always. I have ordered from here several times and at one point my order was memorized and made with great care each time. I put in online orders and they are always made to perfection. Personally, I always tip because service like this is well appreciated and a tip is well deserved. Of course, I will be back :)“

“Went there tonight (9/20/25, around 5-ish) and I have to say the three young men working there were wonderful. They made what is usually a mundane task of ordering subs into a pleasant experience. “Jake was our server. He was also our chef. He was a one man show and did it very well. We came in fairly late (9:30 pm). Shortly after us a table of 6 came in and sat on the other side of the room. Jake handled both tables plus the kitchen with ease. He never missed a beat. The food was served hot, excellent, and on time. We never had to ask for anything. He was right there offering drink refills, boxes for leftovers, etc… and all with a smile on his face, a joke to crack and a story to tell. We were taken care of from the time we arrived until we left. He was very attentive and kind.“

This subway didn’t disappoint due to the kind staff who made a great sandwich - however I was surprised to see that the “Veggie “ sub was no longer part of the menu. Also appreciate how the staff automatically changed their gloves for every order.“

We love the atmosphere, we always have great food and if I ever have any issues Pizza Hut has a response page and they are very helpful.
