“Ok... so... bit of a story but still positive. Went in fir first time on a snowy afternoon. Nobody there. Been dying to try food. Was very excited. Ordered the cheese stuff breadaticks and Cajun dry rub wings and a stuffed crust taco pizza. Breadsticks come out and they were regular breadsticks... oops... they took back and made correct ones... wings come out in meantime, looked n smelled amazing. Bit into first one, unfortunately not cooked all the way thru. I almost cried. I was so excited to try food n ive heard all good things. Just wanted everything to be great AND didnt wanna be a dick with yet another thing wrong. Again they took back no questions asked to make more. Owner come out to speak to me. Explained I wasnt trying to be a dick he understood n understands you want what you want n naturally expect it to be right and of course apologized . Goes back and brings out wings this time fully cooked and with extra. They were indeed delicious. Crispy but juicy n lots of flavor. And their ranch and blue cheese were both awesome as well. Cheese stuffed breadsticks were amazing, and definitely stuffed, gooey and seasoned deliciously and the marinara was delicious as welll, sweet and a lil chunky (like me 🤣 ) . The pizza came out. Huge and delicious. N legit stuffed crust. Plenty of cheese n great seasoning. Not cheap but not super expensive but food is great when done right. Very apologetic and quickly corrected. No compensation per se but were given extra wings. Round 2 . Went in again.. couldn't make up my mind between 2 amazing sounding subs on menu... and unfortunately very similar names evidently. One was cold with pretty much all the meats and one was hot with pretty much all the meats lol. Decided on the hot one. Was very excited for it. Not so much when order came out and a cold sub was placed in front of me. Cold meats no veggies. Naturally cause didn't say any sort of veggies as I didnt order cold grinder. But.. it was the other one I was considering anyway so just handed back to them to add veggies to it. Good sandwhich just again.. not what I ordered n was excited for. Again no type of compensation but it was a great sub afterall. All n all... great food and service is good but my advice, dont expect it to be cheap and make sure u watch register or double check your order. If go buy total visit n not individual items its only 2 strikes so theres still at least another chance. Will try again. Besides still really wanna try the other grinder I was excited for last time. Lots of great sounding things on menu and could prob please about anyone. Give it a shot if in the area. Plenty of parking in lot beside it and right on pleasant street so easy to get to.”

“Would have been 5s across the board but there’s never parking and unfortunately we got turned away at 1:15 because they close at 2. ??? Change the hours if you can’t sit people at 1:15. Not cool, we waited in the parking lot til a spot opened only to be turned away 45 minutes before closing. Shame”

“My partner and I drove a few hundred miles for a spontaneous visit to Orchard Hill. Our spirits were low and we needed to get away from the news and explore. Having watched a YouTube about the bakery, and loving bread as I do, we just decided to go for it. The beauty of the place and its vibe were just what we needed. We stocked up with 6 loaves and some yummy spreads. Tonight at home we had dinner with bread as our centerpiece. It was delicious and it tasted like hope, the flavor only human hearts, hands and minds can infuse. Thank you.”

“Divinely cozy, nostalgic coffee shop. Staff is always friendly, and tons of local/small art + business is supported in the cafe. Lots of uniquely northern/New England flavors and menu items. If I lived here, I would definitely be here often as well as utilize it as a work from home space! Five stars.”

“Hubby & I tried The Hungry Diner for the first time on Valentine’s Day! The place was busy as we had expected, however we were greeted right away with a smile and welcome! She asked if we had been there before, gave us a run down of the menus and drink selections, how to order, be seated and served. The restaurant was so beautiful, well designed and very appropriate for the theme. We were amazed at how well everyone worked together so smoothly and happily! The milkshakes came out first and very quickly, truly so creamy!! Our food came out within 15 minutes, hot and fresh! My husband got the Hungry Mac & Cheese with Bacon, and I got the Hungry Chickenwich with Hungry Fries, neither of us were disappointed in any way! He needed a box for half of his dinner because it was so filling! He said the bacon was so fresh and thick cut, and the Mac n cheese was so creamy and rich! The chicken in the chickenwich was so juicy and cooked perfectly with crispy edges! The hungry fries are to die for, reminded me of fair fries! Highly recommend and we will be going back!! Side note, big shout out to a few employees who made our stay exceptional and/or we noticed going above and beyond: (apologies for not knowing anyone’s names) -one of the cooks wearing a beanie with pigtail braids: we watched her ensuring food went out looking perfect, if it was less than that or needed finishing touches she added it with such finesse and a smile! -the woman who greeted us (possibly an owner or manager): fantastic at her job, friendly, energetic, very welcoming and comforting (almost a motherly feeling), and extremely knowledgeable of the menu and drinks! She checked in with us a few times and asked our opinion! -the man wearing a hat (also possibly an owner or manager): my husband and I watched this man work so hard the entire time we were there! He was doing a little bit of everything, from bringing food to tables, to picking up dirty dishes, to observing the room to make sure everything was orderly! Everyone was friendly, smiling and hardworking! ☺️”

“Such a cute hotel! The staff is truly amazing and so kind. We felt welcomed from check in through check out. The breakfast in the more was perfect for post wedding breakfast including the gluten free/dairy free options! Pictures do not do this hotel justice for how cute and comfortable it is. 10/10 Would go back!”

I challenge anyone to find a better Steak Bomb grinder in the area, or find tastier wings with their special on Thursday nights. Indoor dining and outdoor dining in the Spring, Summer, and Fall. Wish they were open more often for Lunch specials and Adult beverages. Great piece of history here in Bellows Falls, with original Tin ceilings that were manufactured right here when Bellows Falls was in its hay day . Where people drink, eat and meet. “I was served cold food I had to have them make my toasted steak and cheese bomb with provolone cheese add mayo pickles and jalapeno again because they didn't put the peppers and and mushrooms that come with the bomb and they dropped hot pizza on my lap and they they didn't put mayo or toast it the second time by the time the kids pizza came out for me to feed the I couldn't eat my food I was being rushed they couldn't give the grandchildren there ice cream or drink didn't fill my water and anyone's drink at the table sons onion rings cold and son girlfriend sub was cold not to happy with service went in on a Friday 4 weeks back place was packed and had better food and service and the children didn't get there ice cream or drink”

“I give you four out of five my only complaint pancakes should be on there own plate, 1 was slightly burnt but I was starving so i ate them, potatoes tasted a little funny but amazing job on the over easy eggs qnd hash”
