I normally don’t stop here anymore cause I’ve always had bad service. But I gotta say Claremont Burger King has been stepping up their game. This is the second time I’ve came in a row and got my food hot and fresh. I couldn’t tell you the last time I had fresh chicken fries.

I never give reviews unless I can give 5 stars. This is my exception. If I could I would give negative 10. I have NEVER had someone be so rude and ANGRY acting, right from the beginning, for absolutely no reason. I was actually stunned. There wasn't a car in the parking lot, and we were the only car in the drive through. I now know why. I didn't even stop and pay and get my food. I have never done that in my life. Whoever owns this franchise needs to make some management changes if this is who you're hiring. We won't ever go to this establishment again.

Wish I could give zero stars took our money claimed order was being made gave delivery time and never brought food. Tried calling multiple times to get it figured out but either went to voicemail or busy signal. How about instead of being a shitty worker and person you just cancel the order so I don’t get screwed out of money and dinner. 👌

Good burger king everything at this location has been very good highly recommend it please do not go to Lebanon nh burger king they never get orders right and food is never correct.

Ended up leaving and not ordering. My husband tried to order through the mobile app, it charged our card two times but saying transaction didn't go through. The lobby was closed so my husband went to the drive thru to see if the order went through since they charged our card. They told us to drive up to the register. So we did and then they tell us that our order didn't go through. They also told us if we wanted to order that we would have to go back around to order.

1. They should have told us they didn't see our order before we got to the register, so we could have but an order in right then.
2. They weren't willing to work with us at all, making us drive back around to order when we had two hungry upset kids in the car.
3. Definitely not good customer service and definitely won't go back to this location.

Didn’t give me or my girlfriend marinara sauce. Didn’t give me my receipt after I asked. Told them about no marinara sauce she just walked away from the window so it closed. The old lady at the window was horrible.

The posted hours on the door says the dinning area opens at 7:30 am on weekdays but yet again Im here at 7:50 and the doors are locked and I can't get breakfast and coffee. This is the worst run burger king I've ever seen. This franchise should be revolked by corporate. How are they allowed to run this place like this? Customer care non existent.... Customer service non existent. Accountability non existent.

It took some time to get waited on at the counter inside the restaurant. There was no other people in line. I had the Whopper and my husband had the Fish Sandwich. The Whopper was just barely warm. The Fish Sandwich was terrible. The fish was very thin, dry and black. There was no taste to the fish. It looked like it had been sitting for hours. It was not hot when I received it. The fries and onion rings were barely warm. The restaurant was not busy. There was only two other people in the restaurant at the time of our visit. Very disappointed with our experience. Will not be going back anytime soon.

It's a quiet place. The dinning room is usually closed but the drive thru is always open. The employees could use a refresher course in customer satisfaction and clean respectful service.

Seems things are slowing down here, there could be no car's in the parking lot but at drive thru you still have to wait like they are packed, seems the worker's are slacking off

The lady who took my order on march 11th at around 8:30 at night was very rude and when I asked to speak to the manager she said she is the manager and that sucked didn’t it. I find it very surprising that someone that rude to customers could become manger. Food was good but customer service wasn’t good at all.
