We have lived in this area for a few years now and I don't know how this place escaped our attention. now that we found it, it is truly a gem. The food was very good and plentiful, and the staff was nothing short of exceptional. I don't know how we didn't know of this place before but now we have a regular place to go to.
I was truly impressed! I went in with no expectations, but I left with a to-go order that completely blew me away. I ordered the brown sugar French toast with homemade hash, and it was fantastic. I almost want to say the hash had a hint of garlic flavor, or maybe it was onion powder, but either way, it was delicious. The texture was perfect—not greasy at all. this place has it all! it is better than any other dinner I ever had as I grew up in the factory city's of CT which had an abundance of eateries. the home fried have a smooth creamier texture and are very balanced in there seasoning. eggs are always cooked on point and the French toast and pancakes are always served with real Local Maple syrup!
