The pizza is worth the call back, the drivers are awesome, but unfortunately no one ever picks up the phone and the online ordering is atrocious. I spent $30 on a pizza that was delivered 2 hours after placing the order and was cold by the time it arrived. Domino's as a Corporation is the laziest company I've ever experienced. Their ordering system is a joke and when someone does answer... English is their third language and there is a lot of information lost in the process. CEO's are making bank while their customers are going elsewhere. The irony, that they advertise while you are automatically put on hold, only to never answer the phone. Therefore, making the advertising pointless. Comedy gold.

Great food a little pricy and if you order on line then pick up make sure you know what your grabbing my girl paid $4 for a 2 liter of coke and they never said grab a coke on your way out

This is literally the worst establishment I have ever entered. I had ordered for delivery and waited over an hour and when I decided I waited long enough I had went to pick up the the food, and when I entered and stated I was a little upset I had waited over an hour for my food youre “store manager” proceeded to give me an attitude. I understand that working understaffed is stressful but the way you address a customer is important. If this is your “management” I’m sorry for you especially when I asked for a customer service number they hit me with “look it up on line”. As a person that has managed a company that is not a way a “store manager” addresses any customer. I’m sorry to say that I won’t be coming back. Not that one customer matters. It is sad though - 12-24-2024. Maybe also staff more so the stress levels ain’t all that whacked out. I fully understand where they as employees are coming from, but as a customer there is a level of customer service your concurred are entitled to. When you say the order is going to be 20-30 mins long and it ends up being over an hour and a half later we have problems

this is a delivery review. after the same sht quality more then once ive come to the conclusion its only convenient to order dominoes in claremont (its not worth the money) and for a extra $5-10 u can jus get kj’s or tremont. you guys might aswell play soccer with our pizzas then u got a $5 delivery fee plus a tip and the sht comes burnt?

Parking: It's part of a small outlet chain of stores so plenty of free parking.
Placed my order @ 5 pm for 930pm. Didn’t receive my order. Waited until 1035pm to call, when I called I was shuffled around on hold until someone decided to take the call, “claiming” my order had been delivered, when it didn’t. No apology was given, and was told that it was on its way. Called back, politely asked for a refund instead of the pizza, was rudely interrupted and told that I would get a refund in 3-5 business days. And I was hung up on. Absolutely shameful.

Some reason this last time, Nov 1st, the order said complete but hadn’t arrived, we called and they said someone had hit the complete button an hour before it was completed but the driver was enroute he said, it took another 15 min for their arrival. We had to wait almost 2 hours for our order.

The workers are amazing and friendly! They made mine and my husband's pasta perfect!!!! ? we also tried some chicken that we are both definitely going to get again! Best Domino's i have gone to. We actually stopped because so many of them would mess up our order, and then when we call, they would either be rude or say we don't mess up orders. It's great to find one who actually cares about customers. We did a delivery a few times and Celia was super friendly and on TIME!

There is a guy that doesn’t work there, that eats food right out of the fridges ( where they keep the cheese etc toppings) no gloves and shoves it into his mouth. Also have gone in and he had his girlfriend up on the counter and was making out with her . Will never be getting food here again.
