i came to dunkin the person taking my order could not hear me at all and i ordered a ham and swiss croissant stuffer and didn’t even make it and still charged me for it and ps: they rarely have any syrup or certain foods

Went at just after 5 in the morning with a $30 order of bagels and drinks. When we arrived at the drive thru, the lady was extremely rude and said “We don’t have everything bagels” so we asked if we could get different ones then, and she said “NO! we don’t have any bagels at all” “You can come up to the window for your refund, have a nice day” in an EXTREMELY rude tone the entire time. I’m sorry we tried to get bagels at 5 in the morning! Her coworker that gave us the refund was reasonable to deal with, but that is ridiculous behavior over something so basic.

Very clean, and even if it isn’t clean, the staff gets on it immediately. Very friendly, hard workers, even in the worst of worst rushes they’re on top of it and willing to fix any drinks for anyone that comes through. Drive through is fast and consistent.

My coffee tasted like crap and I took a bite of my wrap and it was cooked with paper in it from when y’all put the egg in there. You forgot to take the paper out how careless. Wasted $6.60 thanks

Was just there and there was a girl eating food while taking drive through orders. I get it if you’re understaffed but ask if someone can cover for a bit while you eat. Also I asked for a doughnut that they clearly had and was told they were out

I love this dunkins, they make great coffees and food, however it would be even better if this location worked with door dash so people could get coffee on the go without stopping in (some people don't have a car/or drive, and want coffee/food from here.)
