This location has a major issue with the management and that old lady that can never ring the correct coffee in maybe take her from the order taking and move her to just making the drinks if you can’t train her
It sucks

Very unpleasant experience almost every time I have ever stopped here. Manager is always out front on her phone vaping while she leaves people that are incapable of doing there job efficiently or correctly to struggle. More times than not, I have to have my coffee remade and I am consistently charged 2 different amounts for the same coffee. Get it together guys or hire a manager who actually trains and manages her employees.

they didn’t have my croissant ready after they lied to me
The past couple times I have been, Ive had to wait forever for my mobile order (1 iced coffee). Today, I go in and there are literally several receipts hooked to the printer untouched. Nobody apparently was filling mobile orders. I waited 20 minutes and had to ask about my order which again was one item. I just had to do this exact thing back in January. Used to be the best Dunkin location many years ago, now it’s the worst. The drinks do not even taste good anymore.
I would like to ask the management, should we not be doing mobile orders? Because every time I do one, it takes forever to get my order.
What can I say? Here’s another review of Dunkin’ Donuts. I can’t say for certain what it feels like inside the lobby of this particular location since I’ve never actually been inside. The drive-through service is hit or miss, and quite often, their coffee is below par—it tends to taste rather burnt. Other than that, it’s the same experience you’d expect from Dunkin’ Donuts. I find myself repeating myself a lot at this locations drive thru speaker and servers don't quite getit exact.

This place is horrible. Not only are the staff insanely incompetent besides Trina. She's the best. But the rest are absolutely incompetent and rude as he'll. Who puts frosted donuts on top of each other then gives the customer an attitude. Go take a shower then try your attitude again. This place is horrendous. And needs to be shut down

This place is a nightmare…
I walked in, and saw one person waiting ahead of me. I stood and waited for 10 minutes waiting for his order to be taken. The cashier asked what he would like and he said an iced latte with whole milk. The cashier held up a single finger and told him to wait a second while he found that coffee. As if he was speaking to a child. Cashier stares at the screen for a minute and then asked him again what it was. Cashier then walks away, starts having a very loud conversation with one of his friends who had just walked in while I waited at the counter. After a couple minutes he walks back over, and asks my order. I ordered a black hot coffee, and a chicken wrap. He told me I had to order something different because he couldn’t find the wrap on the computer. So I did. He couldn’t find that either…. Eventually after clicking around a minute he found the original order.
I moved to the side to wait for my order. The woman in the back got my wrap out quickly but she shouldn’t be allowed to call out orders anymore. She sounded like Donnie from The Wild Thornberrys.
While standing there I watched the cashier bossing around another man who was either new or dumb, maybe both. This man got confused at every single thing he had to do. Including making a BLACK coffee. We can just assume he was new though. New guy starts making the latte that was ordered in front of me, he yells out to his co workers that there was not enough iced coffee to finish the drink and holds up a cup that’s 1/4 empty. His coworkers tell him to just fill the rest with more milk. Which he attempted to do but ended up just dumping milk on himself and the counter. He then handed the man infront of me a 3/4 latte that was messed up. The new guy then calls out that they are out of hot coffee, so instead of making a new pot or offering something different he some how finds more cold coffee (which they “were out of” ten seconds prior) and fills up a hot cup with it. New guy then hands me an ice cold “hot coffee” and said “sorry it’s cold it’s been sitting out for a long time.” I told him I wasn’t taking the cold coffee. He asked his manager what to do and they yelled out from the back, “just put two large espresso shots in the cup, it’s the same thing.” They shouldn’t have to be told this but it is not the same thing… I took the hot espresso and left though as I had literally just spent 30 minutes waiting on coffee. It was 11:14am when the charge on my card went through and 11:48am when I sat back in my truck.
Again, this place is a nightmare. They need a whole new crew, or maybe a competent manager to guide everyone.
