I got a chicken bowl and some potato wedges, very disappointed. the wedges had barely anything in them and were super crunchy, it feels like the put a tiny sliver of potato in the fryer when they made it. chicken bowl was also very off from the previous times i've had it, corn was crunchy instead of soft as if it wasn't cooked all the way and the potatoes tasted old, the chicken was okay but i've definitely had better from here. not sure what changed but it's not the same and I would not recommend eating here! also very pricey even with a buy one get one free deal. waste of money.

I came in expecting chicken. I did not expect to witness greatness.
From the moment I walked in, Aerith wasn’t just working the counter, she was commanding the entire atmosphere. The chicken was crispy, the fries were perfect, but none of that compared to the absolute masterclass in customer service this woman delivered.
Aerith doesn’t just greet customers, she elevates them. She doesn’t just hand out orders, she blesses them. KFC needs to put her in the commercials, on the posters, maybe even on the bucket, because she is genuinely the best part of this franchise.
If this KFC were a movie, she’d be the star, the soundtrack, and the plot twist. If this KFC were a meal, she’d be the 11 herbs and spices combined.
I came for dinner. I left a believer.
KFC, take notes. You’ve got a hero on your hands.

Dude working the counter didn’t even ask how he could help us or if he could take our order. My parents my son and I told him what we wanted and then when we went to find a seat over HALF of them were dirty. When we got our food I went to get butter for my biscuit and they were behind where the food is talking I said hello 2x and still nothing and they walked away AND WENT WHERE I COULDNT SEE THEM. so I yelled HELLO two more times and still nothing. I WILL NOT BE COMING HERE AGAIN

On October 30th and it was busy I hesitated as I normally have issues here I got a 16 piece meal for my family and Brandon took my order then packed it very fast I was quite impressed he told me he was a new manger the food was fresh and everything was beyond expectations I will visit a lot more now thank you Brandon :)

Kobe was super nice and helpful when I stopped in on a Saturday night to order food for myself and 4 boys, 3 of which were kids. He was so so patient with me and was very helpful with what to order on the menu and when the teenagers weren’t sure what to get. Great service by him!
