This is a great KFC. Way better than the West Leb. People are friendly and it’s clean.
My only gripe, who designed the men’s room? Urinal right behind the door. 🤦♂️

Final straw for this place... The franchisee obviously doesn't give a rats ass if the employees are trained to do their jobs or treated with respect and dignity. Judging by the tone of voice and lack of customer service these people just want to get the hell out of there. I have given this wasteland way to many chances to get it together. I will never spend my hard earned money at this place again,nor will I suggest it to anyone for that matter.
The girl who took my order repeated everything back to me word for word yet it still got screwed up . Missing ingredients,missing food and raw doughy biscuits I didn't ask order instead of the fries I payed for. I was so frustrated I didn't bother going back. The kid making the sandwiches and putting the orders together was the only employee actually working while the 3 other people were puttering around like they were lost . Viva la Chipotle!!!

Literally waiting 30 minutes inside for a 6 piece. While 3 other ppl got food after arriving after us. And the cashier has NOOO social skills with customers.. just blankly staring into our souls

I have always loved KFC. I purchased a 4 piece meal for 12.99 after I paid. On the counter was an advertisement for a 4 piece meal with two large sides for 10.99 When I asked about it, staff just said, "Yeah," Pretty poor staff. Also a staff who had apparently quit was at the counter asking for her position back. Manager was there... the front counter is not really the place to discuss the poor attendance of staff....
