The food was great and the front counter girl was pleasant but you could tell she was stressed because the back ran out of tenders.(12:30pm) We waited around 15 minutes to get our meals; we weren't in a rush so didn't mind.

I waited at the drive thru for a good 5 minutes and NOBODY was there to answer. Upon leaving (because I got sick of waiting) I see about 5 workers standing outside smoking. This is EXTREMELY unprofessional, you guys seriously need to do better.
Good chicken with all the fixens. I really miss taco bell though.

Listened to a family in the drive thru get screamed at by an employee taking their order, then put on held at the speaker for 10 minutes just to be told that they were out of chicken and promptly told that its my fault i cant understand why a Restaurant that only sells Chicken is out of chicken. Not sure how this place is still in business.

I placed an online order through the app. The app was easy to navigate, set up an account, add payment info, and it let's you know when your food is going to be ready. When I got there, there were a few dine in customers and just about a full drive thru. The staff was busy and seemed a little short staffed (but what place isn't right now), and some items were out but were being made for a wait. The cashier was friendly and apologetic for certain items being out and was accommodating to fill the orders with what they had on hand. I got my order and headed home (-/+20 min). The food was still warm and tasted good except for the fries that were cold. I would give it an almost perfect rating if it wasn't for the fries. I'm sure if I was a dine in, they would have been better. Overall, it was a good experience which hasn't been the case sometimes. But every place has their hit or miss moments. Good job KFCParking: Plenty of parking. Can be kinda hard to leave if Washington St is busy. Might have to go right to turn around to go leftWheelchair accessibility: Paved parking lot,no potholes, graded ramp to enter. Not sure if the have push button doors to get in

waited 40 minutes and food still not done. walked out with half our food. what happened they took out the taco bell and got a lot worse. NEVER will we eat here
