I've noticed a heavy decline in the quality of McDonald's food (specifically when it's not fresh). The food is 90% of the time fresh and the staff aren't too slow like most other McDonald's! Thank you 🙏 let's hope this one doesn't turn to shit.

Stopped here on a ski trip to Ragged Mountain in New Hampshire. Clean modern and prices were good - no issues here.
Slowest service in the mornings, no matter what day of the week it is. Shouldn't take 20 minutes with 4 cars in front of you. Hard to pass up the $1.29 coffee price in the mornings. Inability to get orders correct on the app on basic drink orders. Order a Diet Coke, will receive Coke, or Rootbeer. The little tabs on top of the cup should be used as their employees don't pay attention. Don't get me started on ice coffee orders. Black, with cream and Splenda on the side, and get handed coffee that looks like Milk (this is why I get the cream and Splenda on the side as it's never consistent) This happened 3 out of 5 visits in a week.

We stopped at this McDonalds for a late dinner and my child found a deflated, very dirty, yellow balloon wrapped up with their McChicken. It was not in the sandwich itself, but under it, inside the paper wrapped around it. I tried to call 6 separate times to speak with someone about this but no one answered and there is no way to leave a message. This is completely unacceptable and frankly disgusting. I cut the balloon open and was relieved to find it completely empty with no residue of any kind inside but I am still worried and completely grossed out by this.
