I literally got home and went to eat my cheeseburger (I ordered 2, with Mac sauce) I was wondering what was off about it. Tell me why I don’t have a burger on my cheeseBURGER. It’s bun, Mac sauce (at least they remembered) pickle (1☝️) cheese, bun. Omg I am so sad >:( been craving this all day and BOTH of my cheeseburgers were missing… the burger. Sad. >:( frustrated

Second time DoorDashIng food first time they forgot my child’s cheeseburger Happy meal second time ordering drinks came with no straws. I asked for extra ketchup ,no salt on my fries. Order was messed up completely called McDonald’s five times. No one answers phone.. smh get some better workers back there that do there job right !!

Very clean and nice and very fast service in the lobby. The workers helped with everything I asked and were very reasonable.
Used to get a good quarter pounder…. Something changed and now it taste like a rubber hockey puck. No reason to go anymore.

Ordered a Ice Tea with lemon and Splenda for breakfast commute. Employee stated they didn't have lemons but added the Splenda. Got down the road and it was a black coffee with Splenda! Sign on the window states 19.00 starting pay. Cannot even get a simple drink order correct.

It's a McDonalds so you should temper your expectations if you're expecting the best food ever but this one has been pretty consistently decent in my experience. The service is always prompt and friendly even though they can get pretty packed occasionally which naturally slows the service - it's a restaurant after all, fast food or not, they can only operate within their limits. One particular night there was a line almost out of the parking lot and we ended up heading somewhere else after placing our order via the mobile app and waiting around for a while but the corporate office was quick to respond and issue a refund for the order we were unable to pick up with no hassle.
