If I could give this place zero stars I would!!! The food is absolutely disgusting everytime I go therefor the buffet the bathrooms are covered in pee to the point it burns your eyes from the smell so I've ordered takeout now twice thinking to get something quick and maybe hard to mess up so ordering only garlic cheese sticks and the last time I went and ordered the same I was given what looked like pizza crust with a SMALL pinch of cheese sprinkled over it and it was hard as a rock and couldn't even eat it as i was unable to chew it without breaking teeth!! I now ordered the same thing went in to pick it up and checked before leaving to ensure i didn't get the same thing I got last time and I was given a box with what looked like frozen garlic bread with a SMALL pinch of cheese on top 🙃 not what I ordered either time at all not even close lol I ordered cheese STICKS why would you give Texas toast or pizza crust with four flakes of cheese on it instead!? 🫣 then when I tried to asked if that was something that has recently changed as I know those are not the famous pizza hut cheese sticks that have been the same for YEARS and the manager kept cutting me off and being rude and telling me I did NOT order what I said I did and that's all she kept saying and when I asked if I could plz finish asking my question without her cutting me off she got extremely unprofessional and started trying to argue with me so i just left as I did not want to deal with the public embarrassment she was causing by acting a fool in a public place and trying to be confrontational with me so I will NEVER go back now and will also be contacting corporate !!!!!BEWARE!!!!!

location offers delivery but has no delivery drivers, so when they give your screwed up order to a doordash driver, you will have the pleasure of receiving a rude attitude with the options of a credit or to go and pick up the corrected order yourself. I guess not every business needs customer retention.

Went for buffet and they had a small selection of pizza and they put out one new pizza the whole time we were there. The pizza was old and little toppings and . At the end there were no cinnamon sticks and they said they were not making more There were three empty pizza pans on the buffet salad bar was excellence.

Found out they do dinner buffet starting 10/31/24 and from then every Monday, Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday. All the pizza you can eat for 12 bucks! ~~~~Review~~~~~~ Stopped for a bite and was greeted warmly by the servers! Provided great service and the food came hot! Everything was clean and the staff was delightful. Compared to their competitors I would come here every single time. 10/10

Don’t bother to go for the buffet. Brown lettuce on the salad bar, hard old bread sticks, and a terrible variety of pizzas. Could not be bothered to throw in a cheese pizza which should always be available on the buffet. Plus, it cost $13 for this.

I came to eat quietly at the pizza hut in Claremont last night. Already, I ask for pasta without breadstick, the lady tells me that it's not possible that it's a combo, whereas in the other pizza huts, they make it for me without problem. Then, I was kicked out at 10 p.m. even though the restaurant closes at 11 p.m. on Friday, it is indicated online and on the front door! Unacceptable! All this because they surely want to do as little as possible. So I'm eating in my car and hanging out on my phone for a bit, and the guy comes out and asks me to leave. Lol...Since when is it illegal to park in a parking lot? ? They're kicking me out and what's more, they want to kick me out of the parking lot. What is certain is that the staff I saw last night are absolutely unprofessional, and on my next trips to the USA, I will certainly not return to this pizza hut! Obviously some Americans don't like the French accent ?

Pan pizza which used to be iconic and we haven't had one in years. But, at this Pizza Hut it wasn't a an pizza at all. It was pizza and tasted ok, but it wasn't a pan pizza.
