I will never be dining here again. Our family dog had died earlier in the day. After hours of dealing with that we decided to just do take out. This was our first time coming here. Put in a food take out order. Said it would be ready in 10 minutes, First bad sign. Food was ready when we got there. But once we got home and got into the food that's where we found how horrible this meal was about to be. Salsa and chips where just awful! Tasted like spaghetti sauce. Threw those away. We ordered 3 dishes. One dish was completely wrong and wrongly put in on receipt. The rice and beans were horrible! 2nd dish had little to no steak and all peppers. 3rd dish was ok but no flavor at all. We decided to get a piece of cake for dessert and it was rotten! The milk had spoiled. One of the biggest disappointments yet! Portions are ok size for price, but can't recommend.

We celebrated a birthday at Rancho Viejo and had an amazing time! The staff were so friendly, the food was delicious, and the fresh table-side guacamole was a highlight. The team even sang a birthday song and brought fried ice cream—such a fun touch! A great spot for celebrations or just enjoying authentic Mexican food.

This is by far the closest thing we could find to our favorite Mexican restaurant after moving from Atlanta. Hand crafted margaritas mixed in with some very tasty staples makes the entire family pretty happy!
The staff is very attentive but not overly so. We’ve tried just about one of everything on the menu and would say you likely can’t go wrong.
